chp. 13

~☆~Andy's pov~☆~
Anger and rage came over me when I saw that bully on top of Lexi. Hurting my Lexi... wait what? I mean, yes, I really like her, but she is a few years younger than me and incredibly short... ok height had nothing to do with this... but when we hugged in the music shop Saturday, there was a moment of absolute content where it was just us and I enjoyed holding her in my arms. Lexi has an amazing personality she's funny, caring, sweet and so beautiful.
I ran over to them and grabbed the boy, who was sitting on Lexi, by his jacket.
For a tiny moment everything moved in slow motion, I looked down at Lexi her eyes tightly shut, her head turned to the side as if she is trying to get as far away from this kid as possible. She was crying, I noticed her shirt is missing, she was laying there in her skirt and black bra. Her chest and stomach have cuts from this boy, in his hand he had a knife. The boy positioned the knife in between Lexi's breasts underneath her bra... the little bastard was gonna cut off her bra... I couldn't take it anymore.
I yanked the boy off of her and he dropped the knife when I practically slammed him against the nearest wall. Glancing back, I saw the CC and Ray have the 2 other boys, Frank and Gerard are with Lexi.

"Shh... Lexi, doll... it's me, Frankie. We're all here now, you'll be ok, I promise." Frank spoke softly to Lexi.
Lexi brought her arms up and over her chest.
"F-F-Frankie... m-my... sh-sh-shirt..." Lexi studdered as she cried.

I wanted to be where Frank is, I wanted to be the one to comfort her, I wanted to be her Savior. Frank looked down for a split second before he took off his hoodie and covered her up.
The kid struggled to get out of my vice grip, but I wasn't about to let him get away from what he has done to my Lexi.
Everything seemed to move in a blur after that. The rest of the guys showed up with a security guard and the principle, the police showed up with an ambulance. The boys were cuffed and put in the back of the police car, Lexi was moved to the ambulance to get her injuries checked out by paramedics.
Luckily, she didn't have any serious injuries just bruises and scrapes, non of the cuts were deep. Thank Goddess. So they bandaged her up and let her out of the ambulance saying that she was lucky that we got there when we did or the boys would have done worse. I, then remembered back at the restaurant, one of them had said that they will make sure that Lexi won't walk away this time.
I couldn't resist holding Lexi close to me while we waited for Gerard and Mikey to get done talking to the principal.
The ride to Gerard's place was extremely quite, Lexi was curled up next to me seeing as I haven't let her go since the paramedics released her. Once we arrived 'home' I carried her inside and entered the living room. Mikey and Ashley came in with Lexi's backpack, crutches and uniform jacket. Sitting on the couch with Lexi next to me. My arm wrapped around her shoulders, her short legs rested across my legs, her arms wrapped around her stomach and her head rested on my shoulder... occasionally rolling onto my chest. She was still dressed in her school uniform.... well partially, she had Frank's hoodie zipped up all the way.
Nobody spoke for a while, I guess no one knew what to say. I felt Lexi relax against my side, I looked down to see that she fell asleep. All the guys saw that Lexi fell asleep.
"Andy, could you tuck Lexi into her bed?" Gerard asked me.
"Yea, sure." I agreed and got up with Lexi in my arms and carried her upstairs to her room.
I gently layed her down on her bed. A strand of her hair fell in front of her face and I leaned down tucking that strand of hair behind her ear and softly kissed her cheek. Leaning back I looked down at her and saw that she was smiling slightly, I smiled to myself seeing how beautifully peaceful she is right now and I leaned in, hesitated for a moment, I brushed my lips against Lexi's soft lips kissing her sweetly. A moment later, I pulled back and stood up to leave.
I wish I could tell her how I feel without there being any consequences, but is not that simple. It'll be illegal, but I like Lexi too much I care about her too much. I want to be able to hold her in my arms, kiss her, love her, call her mine.... a small voice pulled me from my thoughts.

"Andy..."
I looked back to see Lexi had woken up.
"Hey sweetie, what are you doing up?" I asked her softly.
"I don't kno, I was having a good dream.... I didn't want to wake up." She sounded disappointed.
"I'm right here, sweetie. Do you want to tell me about your dream?" I asked sitting on the edge of her bed holding her hands in mine. She grinned and nodded.
"I was laying in a field of paper flowers and candy clouds. I just layed there watching the purple sky fly by and listening to the birds sing lullabies. It's so peaceful there Andy." Lexi describe her dream sounding dazed.
"It sounds really peaceful." I smiled down at her. She is so innocent.
"You were there too..." she continued."laying down with me." That kinda shocked me. "Then out of nowhere you kissed me... Andy I kno it sounds crazy, but it felt so real."
"It's not crazy, Lexi..." I trailed off looking down.
"What do you mean?"
"Did it feel something like this?" I leaned down, daring, I brushed my lips against hers and kissed her like I did before, but this time I kissed her deeper and mentally cheered when I felt Lexi kiss me back. I pulled away breaking our kiss.
I leaned my forehead against hers, gazing down. Her eyes still closed, her cheeks flushed and her smile was bigger. She opened her eyes... her aqua blue eyes looking up at me. She mouthed the word 'wow'
"Just like that, but that was better." Lexi gripped my hands in hers.
"I really like you Lexi." I confessed to her.
"I really like you too Andy." Lexi confessed to me.
"I need to ask your brothers permission to date you, Lexi. I don't want this to be a secret, their all my brothers." I admitted to Lexi.
She let go of my hands and cupped my cheek.
"I agree, there's no way I could keep this a secret from my brothers." She said softly to me.
"I promise that I'll protect you, to keep you safe. I promise that I'll never hurt you physically or emotionally. I care about you so much, Lexi. You are too beautiful." I promised her kissing her passionately holding her close to me.
