Me and the BTS trainees were seated in the meeting room, anticipation hanging in the air. Sejin-ssi had told us all to assemble here because he had something important to share. I guessed it was likely about the debut.
There were around twenty people in the people including me and the seven boys with whom I had become close friends with.
Suddenly the door opened and Sejin entered the room, seriousness visible on his face. He took his place at the front of the table and greeted, "Hello, thank you for waiting for me. Let us begin."
All of us leaned forward on the table, keen to hear what Sejin had to share.
"As you know, the debut date is coming near. But unfortunately, all of you will not debut. We have analyzed all of your skills and then only made this decision. Without further ado, I'll start calling the names of the trainees who will debut in Bangtan Sonyeondan, also known as BTS," he explained.
All of us visibly shifted in our seats, nervousness and tension suffocating us.
"Kim Namjoon."
"Kim Seokjin."
"Min Yoongi."
"Jung Hoseok."
"Park Jimin."
"Kim Taehyung."
"Jeon Jungkook."
"And finally, Kang Arin."
"This is the finalized list of trainees who will debut in BTS. I give my deepest apologies to the others who didn't make it," he spoke.

After the room was cleared of the other trainees, Sejin turned to us. "Okay guys, congrats! This is due to the hard work and effort you all have put in. Now, the debut date isn't confirmed yet but we have told the public that it will occur in the first half of the year. So most probably around June or July, got it? Also, soon, we will reveal all of you to the public...one by one. Is that clear?"
All of us nodded. He continued, "Okay then, I'll let you go out today and celebrate."
"Really?" Jungkook asked, unable to contain his excitement.
"Yup, go enjoy for today. We'll start discussing the albums, stage names, and everything else from tomorrow onwards," Sejin said.
"Yay!" I exclaimed.
A/N: I separated this part from Jimin's old chapter and made this into a separate chapter, so it's quite short. Next chapter's about them deciding their stage names and all, so there's a lot of changes I have to make in that.
