Chapter 25: Bet!

Rory

"You're beautiful Rudy." I whispered across the table catching her attention. She dropped the waffle she was eating and smiled big. "Thank you Rory I appreciate your compliment." She was tryna hide her face cause she was blushing but it's apparently right there.

"You work today?" I asked her fixing the awkward silence that overcame the table. "Yea but I still gotta figure out where ima stay the night till tomorrow." After she said that a huge smirk spread across my face. "You can stay with me again. I promise I won't bite that'll hurt." I chuckled to myself. "I swear you so freaky ugh. But okay thank you so much." She replied in a dramatic tone.

"You still haven't told me why you aren't going back home. You only said you've been staying with people till you get your apartment wussup?" I asked catching her off guard. "My mom put me out cause I put my hands on her. I have no other family except hers but I don't trust them enough to live with them. But I made friends now so I know I'll never be on the streets. But now ima have my own place sooo no worries." She shrugged and looked nonchalant like that don't phase her. "Oh wow. But you can stay with me till you get your place.. I don't mind I'm lonely there anyway." I told her eating some strawberries I ordered.

"You surely do love fruit." She said taking some of my food and eating it. "I love other stuff too but ima keep that on the DL.. Shhhh..." I said with my finger pressed against my lips. She tilted her head in a confused way and I smirked real big at her causing her to choke on her drink. "Bro you need to go to a se-" "So y'all really together huh?" Cam asked cutting her off. She stood there staring at both of us waiting for an answer. But she knew she wasn't getting one outta me. Maybe if I was high as hell I would've rambled on and on about how me and Rudy did a lil some just to make her mad but I didn't.

I just threw my hands up and smirked. I guess that pissed her off cause she looked mad. That don't bother me though cause if I let the other side of Rory out somebody gone get hurt. Thats why I choose to chill and stay laid back. Before I could reply Rudy got up and snatched her by the arm walking towards the back. I just laughed cause she messed up already now Rudy will be mine. I mean duuuh, isn't the shit obvious?

"You need to calm the hell down girl. What you storming in here causing a scene for? Cause I'm in here obviously eating with a friend? Or is it because you mad I'm giving my attention to someone else except you?" I had to snap on Cam cause she acting like a child! Ion say nothing when she be all around the school with them lil females. And they be posting her all over their social media. No I don't cause I can care less.

"I'm sorry. Now stop yelling at me. I mainly caused a scene cause you don't hang out with me no more and I missed you." She whispered trying not to look stupid. She ran her fingers through her hair and stood back on her legs. "Ughh you such a baby. Umm when me and Gina go shopping for the house you can come then afterwards we can go to Citadel Outlets together okay?" I asked tryna hurry this conversation. She bit her lip and smiled nodding her head in agreement. I gave her a small hug then watched her return to a table full of girls including Erin, Mari, Melvin, Sylus, and Jamal. I waved to them and they waved back.

"So everything all good gorgeous?" Rory asked sucking her top lip in her mouth then releasing it biting her bottom lip. I closed my eyes and nodded my head at her. "Oh good cause I was gone have to handle that." She smirked nodding her head in Cam's direction. "Snap it's almost 2:15 can I change for work at your place since I'm coming back there anyway?" I asked changing the subject. "Ummm depends on if I can see you butt naaakeeeeed!!!" She screamed causing people to look in our direction.

I hung my head low and laughed while gathering my things. "You soooo petty! But wanna race in our cars??? You know see who car faster.. I bet my Chrysler beat your Camry what you wanna bet?" I asked getting all competitive like. She raised her eyebrow and sucked her top lip in holding it there then replied, "If you win I'll massage your feet and cook you a full course meal including dessert. If I win I get to sit in the bathroom while you shower and when you putting on your clothes."

"Bruh...ima out you in a sex rehab cause you need therapy Rory for real! But bet let's go!" I told her as I headed towards the door. I waved bye to my friends and hit the unlock button on my car remote. "May the best one win suckaaa!" I yelled to Rory who's car was parked next to mine. We both pulled outta the drive way and backed into traffic which lead to a traffic light. "On green!" Rory yelled from her car I nodded my head and pulled my seat belt on tight. A minute later the green light hit and we were off.

I must admit her Camry was giving my ride a run for it's money cause she was leaving me in her dust but I can't lose this bet! Rory nasty self just wanna see me naked! She so sexually frustrated! She been this way every since I told her she couldn't have sex with none of her "friends". I laughed at my thoughts and pushed harder on the gas making me go ahead of Rory just a little. But lucky me the turn to get to her house was on the left side so she beat me by a few seconds.

"Toooonight I wanna see that booodyyyy.. I just miiight taaaste thaaat boootyyy... Um Hammer Time!" Rory laughed as she danced and sang her heart out. I gave her a frown face and she stopped wrapping her arms around me. "If it makes you any better I'll still rub your feet!" She chuckled walking me to the door. "While you buuutt booty naakeeeeed!" She added emphasis onto the word naked and started back dancing this time tryna twerk. "You wanna watch me shower now or after work girl?" I asked playfully mad. "You tryna punk me! I ain't dumb. You gotta take a quick shower now cause you work at 3. I wanna see it later cause you gone take longer. Mhhhmmm!" She said chuckling evily to herself. This girl just too smart and freaky I thought to myself..

While she did whatever she was doing I went to take a quick 15 minute shower and put on my work clothes throwing my hair into a nice slick bun. "Bye babeee!!! Ima miss youuuu!" Rory screamed as she walked me out the door helping me into my car. "What you gone be doing while I'm gone?" I asked curiously. "Getting high and cooking some spaghetti." She shrugged. I nodded my head then waved bye to her then pulled off heading to work.
