Chapter 35: Strange

Rory

"Bae you look so cute today!" I told Rudy sitting my hand on her lap while she read something on her phone. "I bet I do what you want?" She asked. I swear this girl no me like the back of her hand. "Can we skip school today?" I asked. She slowly cut her phone light off and looked at me. "Pleaaase baee??? Pleaaaaaseeee???" I begged. "No Rory. I'm not fina.. no no uh uh." "Please?" "No." "I love you!!!!" "No." "Ugggghhhh bae please?" "NO RORY!" "Okay.. Maybe next time." "Ain't no Damn next time ugly." She said leaning back in her seat.

"Bae you okay?" I asked her feeling her forehead. I saw her face start to squinch up and I noticed she look sick. "Yes my tummy hurt that's all." She whispered. "Awww bae yo-" "You say it I'all cut you. But to answer yes it is now hush." She snapped. I slid my hand down to her tummy and tried to rub it but she slapped my hand away.

"I'll kill you. Now watch the road." She said as I pulled into the school's parking lot. This probably why she wanted to ride with me today and the way she dressed ain't like the ordinary Rudy. She got on some black sweatpants, a black v neck long sleeve, and her all black Jordan's. Her hair up in a messy bun with a band around it with no jewelry. But she still beautiful.

Once I pulled into my normal parking spot we grabbed our things and got out. "Aye bae how many classes you got today?" I asked her standing at my locker. "Two .. How many you got?" She asked looking weak. "I got 3. Study hall 6th period but I can skip that and we can head to your house so I can take care of you. You calling off today?.""Yes bae ima have to. These cramps ain't no joke. I'm fina go speak to the crew." She said walking off. I stayed at my locker switching my books and stuff until she came back.

"You good?" I asked as she laid against my locker. "Yes now come on.. I gotta get to class." She said walking in the direction of her class while I walked beside her. Once there I kissed her forehead and headed in the direction of the class I'm attending.

"You sure this what you wanna do?" Pete asked me as I checked out all the guns he had. "Yea man. Got to do what you gotta do to get what you want aina?" I asked him making him rub his beard. "I hear you lil mama but if shit get hot don't tell nobody you was here. If so ima have to Peel yo shit back." He warned. I nodded my head and dropped the brown paper bag full of money and put the two guns I just bought in my waistline.

"Ight bruh I fucksss witchhaa." I told him dappin him up. After I finished there I made my way to my car and to the destination I will be handling business at.

Rudy

"Baby you okay?" Rory asked as she rubbed my back. I nodded my head yea and relaxed as she kept going. "Bae ion want you to hurt no more it need to stop. You need to be my other Rudy." she joked tryna cheer me up. I chuckled a little bit and my stomach had a sharp pain go through it.

"Aw man bae... you look hurt! I'm fina run to the store and get you some soup and stuff cause you need some medicine. I love you be right back." She said kissing my forehead. "Take the key Rory. Ion feel like getting up and Gina at work, she staying over K.P house so get the key baaaaeee...." I whined. She grabbed my keys and left.

I laid there for a couple minutes until I decided to go get in the shower. I stood in there for a while letting the pain shoot through me and my body started to relax. I bathed my entire body for about 30 minutes the best I could till I heard someone knock on the door. "Gimme a Damn break." I mumbled under my breath turning the water off.

I did my hygiene and fixed myself up for the night. One last touch was powder then I went and put my long jammies on with some thick socks. "Who is it?" I called as I walked to the door. I tried to look through the peep hole but it was covered by something. "Well you ain't coming in if you acting like a stupid bitch." I snapped about to walk away. Everything grew silent so I went back to the door but it was empty no one was there.

As soon as I opened the door Rory's car pulled into the driveway and I could see the confused look on her face. "Wussup bae?" She asked walking up to the door with bags. I stepped aside and let her in then walked out a little seeing if anyone was around but no one was there.

"Bae you good?" She asked me wrapping her arm around me. I walked back into the house with her and made sure the door was locked. I was so paranoid I was looking out the peep hole, windows, everything. Somebody wanna play but I ain't tryna play I'm hurting.

"Rory you seen anybody when you was driving in the gate and up to the house?" I asked Rory. "No but I drove by this reckless ass driver as I was coming in. It was like they was tryna run me off the road." She said making me look at her weird. "Why wussup bae? What happened?" She asked as I sat down on the couch rubbing my temples while she fixed me some soup.

"I was in the shower and somebody knocked on the door. When I got finished putting my clothes on and stuff I went to answer it but they had something covering the peep hole. So I said I wasn't answering. So I walked away. When I came back nobody was there. And when I opened the door you was pullin in." I told her. She scrunched her face up and obviously was mad as hell. "Um. You want chicken or beef soup?" She asked holding up cans. When I told her what I wanted she left to make a phone call. Not even 45 minutes later someone knocked on the door and handed her a back pack. What was in it I don't know but aye... Thats her.
