"I am not drunk!"

I patted Conrad's hand that tried to hold me. I looked at Nate who was standing on the side of the elevator and was looking at me. He was holding my heels while Tamayo, Canlas and Diaz were all trying to hold me so I won't fall.

Hindi naman talaga ako lasing!

I feel dizzy because I had more than a couple of glasses of wine and when they served brandy, I also had two glasses... or maybe more? Nakaupo lang ako at wala naman akong ibang gagawin. Nate also told me to eat and drink and when he saw me earlier, he was creasing his forehead and he immediately called the others and told them that we're going home.

"Sir, ako na magdadala ng heels ni Alec," sabi ni Tamayo rito.

He shook his head while still holding my sandals. "It's fine, we live in the same unit," sagot naman ni Nate na nakatingin pa rin sa akin. Sinimangutan ko ito bago inirapan.

"Alec," aning muli ni Diaz na hinawakan ang braso ko. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. Pumiksi ako para alisin niya ang pagkakahawak sa kamay ko.

"I am not drunk. Why are you being annoying?" I hissed and stood on my own. "I can handle myself, okay?" iritableng sabi ko pa sa mga ito.

"Gaano ba karami ininom mo?" si Canlas ang nagtanong sa akin.

I glared at him and he scratched his head.

"I am not drunk, I am just dizzy, okay?" sabi kong muli sa apat na lalaking kasama ko sa elevator. "So don't freaking touch me, or I will slap you!" pagbabanta ko sa mga ito.

I saw Nate smirking on the side while looking at me.

Lalo ka na!

I badly wanted to remove this dress off of me, too. Gusto kong maligo at maglinis ng katawan at magpahinga na rin.

I had to drink earlier to just take my mind off of Nate. He's being so annoying ever since something happened to me. Ni wala akong mapagsabihan ng nangyari kaya uminom na lang ako kanina, e.

He kept on asking me if the people around me were courting me.

Ano bang pakialam niya?

And he had the audacity to tell me not to say yes to them? I mean, I will not say yes because they're not courting me for fuck's sake! Pero bakit ba siya nakikialam?

I looked at him again and he cocked his head.

"Hey, Alec," aning muli ni Diaz nang mauna na akong lumabas ng elevator nang bumukas iyon at naglakad papunta sa unit ni Nate. Nakasunod naman ang mga ito sa akin hanggang sa huminto na ako sa may tapat ng pinto ng unit ni Nate. Si Diaz na ang nagbukas noon dahil may key card naman ito at nauna na rin akong pumasok sa loob at dumiretso sa may couch para maupo.

"Get her some water, Canlas," utos ni Diaz sa kasama namin. Nakaupo lang ako at nakatingin ako sa mga ito na nakatingin sa akin.

"Sir, you should take some rest. We will take care of Alec. We will just bring her to the other unit. Tamayo will stay here with you and–"

"Just leave her here. She's not going anywhere. She's drunk and–"

"I'm not drunk!" I hissed again and glared at him. "You're still an asshole for me, so I know that I am drunk, okay?" sabi ko rito at sumandig sa may couch na kinauupuan.

"Alec," untag ni Diaz sa akin. "You're not drunk, but shut your mouth, okay?" he uttered before looking at Nate. "I'm sorry about what she's saying, Sir. We will just bring her to her room."
