"He kissed me! Again!"

I looked at the faces looking at me while I was telling them what happened. It's nearly two o'clock in the morning and yet I am still awake, walking back and forth inside my room, ranting about what happened earlier.

Everything happened so fast that when it ended, I wasn't able to speak anything. Kahit si Nate ay hindi nakapagsalita at ako ang naunang umalis at nagmamadaling nagpunta sa kuwarto ko.

I looked at them again and grunted. Nakapantulog na ako pero hindi naman ako dinadalaw ng antok ngayon.

"Maybe he's drunk?" sabi kong muli habang naglalakad. Napailing din ako agad dahil naisip ko na hindi naman uminom si Nate sa party at hindi naman din ito uminom kaninang nakauwi kami.

"Then why the fuck did he kissed me?" I snapped and looked at the family picture I brought here with me. Pinagmasdan ko ang mukha ng pamilya ko nang maupo ako at mapasimangot.

Wala naman kasi akong mapagsasabihan ng nangyari ngayon. I can't tell that to Diaz, Canlas and Tamayo. They saw what happened earlier and we all think that was just an accident.

Kung sasabihin ko ang nangyari ngayon, wala namang maniniwala na aksidente iyon.

Because it's not!

He pulled me and kissed me...

"Sabihin ko kaya kay Daddy?" I looked at my dad's face and bit my lip. Pero alam ko na kapag ginawa ko naman iyon, he'd pull me out of this assignment and there's a huge possibility that he won't let me have an assignment again!

Hindi niya na ako papayagan ulit.

"Ugh! Why the heck did you kissed me, asshole?" inis na sabi ko bago kinuha ang unan at ibinaon ang mukha roon at impit na sumigaw dahil sa frustration na nararamdaman ko. Pinatay ko na lang din ang lahat ng ilaw bago sumampa sa kama at pinilit ang sarili na makatulog kahit na hindi pa rin ako dinadalaw ng antok.

I still woke up on time the next day and the kiss that happened last night was still in my head. I can't shrug it off.

Lumabas na ako at naabutan ko na may babaeng nasa may sala at abala ito sa kung ano sa may laptop nito. Agad na kumunot ang noo ko.

Uh? Who is she?

"Alec, good morning," si Tamayo ang lumapit sa akin. Nag-angat din ng tingin ang babae na tumayo at lumapit sa akin. She's wearing a white blouse that she may have failed to unbutton a few buttons because she's showing an ample amount of cleavage this early, she's also wearing a pencil cut black skirt that has a slit higher than usual. Maging ang heels nito ay tila mas mataas sa karaniwan.

"Good morning, you're early," sabi ko sa kasamahan bago nilingon muli ang babae.

"Yes, this is Ms. Agnes Casino, secretary ni Sir Nate," pakilala ni Tamayo sa babae. "Ms. Casino, this is Alec Dela Cruz, one of us."

"Hello, Ms. Dela Cruz. I am pleased to meet you," sabi nito at inilahad pa ang kamay sa akin. Napansin ko na mahahaba ang pulang kuko nito na tila ba babad lagi ito sa salon. I reached for her hand and shook it.

"I am pleased to meet you, too," sagot ko.

"I am sorry, you must be surprised to see me here. Sir Nate has events to attend to today and I will be accompanying him," she smiled at us, showing us her pearly white teeth.

"That will be fine, Ms. Casino," si Tamayo ang muling nagsalita.

"Do you like some coffee, Ms. Casino?" tanong ko rin sa babae.
