Gwen's POV

    As soon as the call ended, I took permission from my supervisor stating my dad was ill and she let me off.
     I hurriedly packed my things and raced to the parking lot.

INSIDE A HUGE MANSION
    
  " I can't do that "I protested while preparing to leave, my brother stood in my way
   " Max, if you know what's good for you, better move," I demanded.
  " Can't you just help Godzilla?" he grinned a little.
  " You know my name douchebag and get out of my way" I said impatiently.
     Slight noises were heard, so I turned back to see who it was. Dad was standing not too far from us and he said
" You both should stop your silly attitude"
I walked up to him and said " he started it"
  " Hey, don't blame me. I was only asking for help Dad" he said facing him.
  " Enough" he said in authority while taking a seat.
  " I hope you didn't ask her to do help you with your assignment " Dad said to Max
  " Yes I did and she's the best candidate for this job " he said, glancing at me.
   " Nope, I'm not suitable anymore, I'm happy with what I have now. I don't need extra things to burden about " I said firmly
  " Gwen, have I asked you for anything once?" He stared deeply into my eyes, as if he knew what's going on in my head.
  " Nope " I said " but I'm not doing this "
  " Fine, I'll look for someone else. Goodnight Papa Bear and grumpy Godzilla " Max said while heading for the door.
      Once he was gone, I looked at dad furiously
  " Angel, what did I do?" He said
  " You know what you did " I glared at him.
   " Hey stop looking at me with an angry face" he pouted like a child.
       " You made me worry about you and now you're acting strange" I cleaned my face " gosh!" I looked at him again and said " next time don't do that again "
   " I'm sorry sweetie " he said with his face down.
   " Fine! I've forgiven you " I was totally stressed out today and collapsed on the couch. Then dad spoke regarding Max activities, " sweetie, you know your brother badly needs your help for this case"
   " Yeah I know" I said
   " How's everything going?" He said
  " Pretty well and hectic" I said
  " What's making it hectic dear?" He asked
    " Ummm, broke up with Fred, been stressed lately, going home late but it's all part of success. I'm sure I'll get there " I stated
  " Ok sweetie. I heard the dress you made would be used for the film right?" He asked
    " How did you know?" I asked
" A little bird told me" he winked and stretched his hands wide " come give me a hug " he said.
  I got up from the couch and hugged Dad who was on the next couch" I'm so proud of you dear " he said.
   What he said made me happy and relieved  " thanks Dad " I said hugging him more.

THE NEXT MORNING AT MY PLACE
  I was pinned down on the couch with an angry Jess on top of me, shaking life out of me.
     " You silly bitch, how dare you come back after I slept off at 11pm yesterday?" She yelled.
    " I said I'm sorry a million times" I stated.
  " I was waiting for you,got hamburger, big family size of pizza and orange juice but you didn't come and now, you're making me more mad at you with your presence" she said
     " I'm sorry Jess. I went to my dad's place, Max was there and he left later. Dad and I talked and had little dinner with him for my success " I said
   " Still you're making me an option and it's not fair. You ditched me and you're acting like the victim. You're mean" she said as she got up from my body.
      " Hey " I got up and hugged her " you're not an option okay" I inhaled some air  " you're my best friend, sister, comforter. Nope, that's not what you mean to me." I said
    "What do you take me for?" She yelled and I could see tears gathering in her sea blue eyes.
    " Jess, you are more than those things. You are my precious rare gem, had to find and now I've got you, you're going nowhere. My other me" I smiled at her
   " You bitch, you're making me cry," she said as tears ran down her cheeks.
     Then she hit my head, " ouch" I said looking at her
    " Dutchbag" she said and I shook my head.

Jason's POV

   I woke up sweating as usual. I took my pills and headed for the bathroom. After bathing, I dressed up and went downstairs for breakfast.
     Once I was done eating, my housemaid came to clear the plates and I headed for the door with my suitcase in my hands.
  " Good morning sir" Jeff said as he took the suitcase and opened the back seat door. I sat down and closed the door while Jeff walked to the other side of the car, opened it, sat down, closed the door and did his seatbelt before starting the car.

JK FASHION INDUSTRY
     After the long drive, I came down from the car with Jeff opening the door. I walked towards my private elevator while Jeff went for the main entrance. It's always been like that, I hate being seen by crowds.
     Although Jeff represents me in the company and staff are highly scared of him because of one slight mistake that's made he deducts money from their pay. I gave him the order to act that way and it seems to work because everyone makes sure they do everything perfect.
      The elevator stopped at the last floor - which is the 13th floor. I stepped out and entered my office. It's a very spacious room with two long futon sofas and a wooden table painted in black in between them. My office table and chair was situated close to the big glass window. Everything I needed was inside the office, a Mini wardrobe, bathroom, bed for sleeping when I'm tired and mostly a balcony for a lovely view which I usually use for reading.
      I sat down on the chair and focused on the work for today. I glanced at my watch and I know that today's gonna be a very long day.

    After all the work at the office, I went home at 7:45pm. Jeff came in and asked
  " CEO, are you ready to go home now?"
     " Yes Jeff" I rubbed my neck.
  " Ok" he collected my suitcase.
     Then a thought came to my mind
    " Jeff make a reservation at sterling restaurant" I said
     " Ok sir" he said.

    
STERLING RESTAURANT

    We arrived at the restaurant and Jeff stood as I've already sat down. I turned to him gestured for him to sit, he wanted to refuse then I said " please have your sit"
    He obliged, I took the menu to make order for myself and I noticed Jeff was doing something on his phone.
     " Jeff, you can make an order to eat." I said. He looked puzzled and shocked
    " I'll eat at home sir, don't worry about me, " he said.
    " I'm not worrying about you but I'm giving my sincere appreciation, so can you order a dish before I get angry at you " I said
   " Ok Sir " he said

   After dinner, Jeff dropped me at home and proceeded to his house. I opened my door and met an unexpected surprise.
