August 19th, 2018:

I got to the company early given how early I'd woken up. I was honestly so tired because nightmares had plagued me all night, but I knew if I tried to sleep some more they'd just come back. When I got to the company, I was surprised to see light coming from Namjoon's studio and go to see if he was in. I then heard voices coming from inside as the door was cracked open.

"Can't you do something about it oppa," I recognised Mijung's voice, "this is really putting everyone on edge".

"I can't do anything about it, nor do I want to baby," Namjoon replied, "she really was f*cked over. She has every right to ask for more".

"But she's the one making this way longer than it needs to be. They agreed to the salary," Mijung complained, "now I don't know if I need to add her to the marketing stuff or not".

"I can't believe you'd even think of that," Namjoon said sternly, "if she walks, I walk. We all walk. Don't fall into the office gossip Mijung. It's the company that f*cked with her, they're just having to deal with the consequences now".

"It's really not making my job easy here, Twitter is on fire about the contract talks," she pouted.

"I don't know what to tell you babe," Namjoon said sighing, "I don't have control over her. And I agree with what she's doing. Just let it play out and it'll go back to normal".

"But she respects you baby, a lot," Mijung continued to say pouting, "your opinion matters to her, you could just plant the seed".

"I'm not going to," Namjoon says with finality, "and you should be more supportive of her. I'm honestly a bit disappointed you're acting this way. What happened to being a girls girl and all that? She's been nothing but nice and kind to you, she's not trying to make your job harder on purpose. Blame management if you're mad, they're the ones that started all of this".

"Why are you disappointed in me oppa," she said in a surprised cute tone, "I just want what's best for the company so you guys can keep killing it".

"And I just want what's best for the group so the group can keep killing it," Namjoon says pointedly.

There was a minute of silence and I was about to walk when Mijung spoke up.

"... Okay, I get it," Mijung says finally, "I'll try to get others in the office to stop gossiping badly".

"Thank you, baby," Namjoon said, the sound of a chair rolling following, "I love you".

I then heard kissing sounds and decided to walk away feeling like I didn't want to hear anything else that was going to follow. Just as I got to my studio, I got an email from my lawyer telling me Big Hit had gotten back to them and we're wanting to come back to the table tomorrow. I replied I was free, texting the boys I'd be missing rehearsal for a bit tomorrow.

I was perfecting lyrics I'd started on last week when there was a knock on my studio door. I got up to open the door, having changed the code a couple of weeks ago so no one could just walk in anymore.
