Derek lead me to a black Camaro parked outside of Scott's house. Okay, so maybe he's not that poor if he has this nice of a car.
"Can you please tell me what the fuck is happening?"
Derek got in and immediately started to drive.
"You didn't tell me you were friends with all of them." Derek said, sounding annoyed.
"I didn't know I needed to proclaim to the world who I spend my time with! Can you stop avoiding the fucking question? Who's he? And why does he sound bad?"
"There are some things that you don't need to know."
"I think I should know when my all of my friends look like they've seen a ghost and I'm being dragged out of house and rushed home!" I started to yell.
"You're not going home. He might've picked up our scents and could follow us there." said Derek, still driving VERY fast.
"What the fuck are you talking about?!"
He handed me his jacket, "Put this on to disguise your scent."
------------
Derek lead me into an an apartment that could easily be mistaken for a warehouse. So he's not homeless, he just likes cold, dull places.
"Stay here and don't come out until I get back."
"But-" Before I could finish he shut the door and left.
Are you fucking kidding me? Who does he think he is to tell me what to do? I don't even know what's going on!
But, there was some part of me that felt like I should just listen. I feel like it might be safer to just stay here and wait. No, this is ridiculous, I'm leaving. I walked up to the door and realized an alarm had been set. Damnit! I don't want to make it go off, that would be embarrassing.
I started to walk explore this place. There's a bed near the window, there's a kitchen near the left side, a bathroom next to it, a locked door underneath the loft on the right, and a desk next to the locked door.
I started to look through some of the papers scattered on the desk. It was all just maps with circles and lines drawn on them, then some pictures of random faces I didn't recognize. Oh my god, was he tracking people? I still have no idea what's going on, this doesn't help and it doesn't aid the uneasiness I'm feeling.
I walked upstairs to the loft where there was a couch and an old television. I sat on the couch and unlocked my phone.
Jax:
Hey, when do you think you'll be home?
That's a really great question Jax.
Me:
I'm not sure. Don't wait up for me. Goodnight x
I also messaged Stiles, Allison, Lydia, and Scott, but I received no response.
A little context or warning would've definitely helped considering that they all apparently knew something that I didn't. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to think about what it could possibly be and why they all knew Derek, until I fell asleep on Derek's couch.
-----------
I slowly started to wake up, but I didn't want to leave this dream; it felt like someone was playing with my hair.
It took me 5 minutes to realize that it wasn't a dream.
I jumped up from the couch and turned around to find a man with red eyes looking at me.
Please, please, please let this be a nightmare. I tried to blink really hard to wake myself up, but it wasn't working.
"Oh don't be silly Kylie, not even this face could be captured in a dream."
"Who are you?"
"It seems my nephew continues to make new friends, how unlike him." said the man, his eyes still blazing red.
"WHO. ARE. YOU."
"My name is Peter, and I believe you're going to be a very, very special addition to my pack."
All I remember, is seeing a face that could only be described as devilish, screaming, feeling pain in my left arm, then passing out.
Hopefully this was all just a nightmare.
