Scott, Stiles, and Allison all left, promising that they would try to figure out a different way.
Derek sat next to me on his bed, "Ky, I'm not trying to say I don't think you can handle it, I'm just saying that it's risky."
"I know it is."
I wasn't arguing about this anymore, and Derek knew he wasn't going to change my mind.
"Do you want to watch a movie or something?" Derek asked.
"I would prefer the or something" I purred.
Derek smirked, "Take your clothes off."
I happily obliged. One by one, my clothes fell to the ground until I was standing in front of Derek with only a smile.
I slowly moved towards him. I pushed him back onto the bed and crawled on top of him. I could feel how much he wanted me.
I slowly drug my tongue from his neck down to his waist. Then, I unbuttoned his pants, took them off and threw them across the room.
I took him in my hands and looked up at him with a devilish grin.
"Fuck, Kylie."
Once I was satisfied, I positioned myself back on top of Derek and guided him inside of me as a shiver went up my spine.
I moved my hips, slowly at first. Then I started to move faster so I could feel him deep within me.
We were both panting, Derek was gripping my ass to help me keep up with the pace until we both erupted at the same time.
I fell onto Derek's chest and we both caught our breath.
"Ky, I love you with every fiber of my being."
I gave him a peck and then removed myself from him.
I walked towards the bathroom, then turned around.
"Want to join me?"
Derek ran towards me and swept me off my feet and carried me into the bathroom.
-------------
Lydia and I knew we would go to Deaton's when we would send me to the spirit realm. I would be submerged in an ice bath and I would find answers. I was feeling optimistic about it, but I've been on edge. Something felt off, like something bad was going to happen. I tried to keep it from my mind during school, but I couldn't shake it.
"What do you all want to do tonight?" Scott asked.
"I think we should drink!" I exclaimed.
"Of course you do." Stiles said as he rolled his eyes.
"You're telling me you don't want free alcohol from me?"
"I never said that." Stiles replied.
"We could do something at my place. My mom is working late again." Scott suggested.
We all agreed and I turned to Lydia, "Are you going to join?"
"I should really look into the realm more."
"Oh come on, Lydia. You've barely been sleeping because you're up researching until dawn. Give yourself a break, everything will work out." I begged.
"Fine, but I'm spending all of Saturday doing more research."
"Deal."
----------------
I arrived at Scott's house with a bottle of vodka and a 24 pack of beer.
"Well, you definitely came prepared." said Allison.
"I always do." I smiled.
We all started drinking to get our minds off of everything. All of us had something to drink about. We listened to music and talked about anything but the supernatural. It was nice feeling normal for a minute.
I looked around for Lydia and Stiles, but they weren't here.
Allison noticed and said "They went upstairs together about thirty minutes ago. Something is going on between them, they just don't want to talk about it yet."
I nodded and felt a pit settle in my stomach. I can't be mad at either of them for not telling us because I haven't even told them about Derek. Everyone just thought we were really great friends and nobody wanted to push the subject because they're scared of Derek.
I talked to Allison about school and graduation. Mostly how Mr. Harris has it out for me. Scott was just listening, but he had an eery expression plastered on his face. He seemed off. I looked at him when Allison paused to check her phone and his eyes started glowing.
"Scott? What's going on?" I asked.
Scott blew past me and ran outside the house.
I looked at Allison and we both ran out after him.
When we stepped out of the door, Scott was about ten yards from the front porch, just staring out into the forest.
"Scott, what's wrong? You can talk to us." Allison pleaded.
I slowly walked closer to him.
"She's going to ruin everything we've worked so hard to get." Scott said.
"Who is?" I asked.
"You."
Scott turned and he had shifted. He pounced on top of me and held me down.
"You don't know what you're messing with, luna. Leave it alone and we won't harm anyone." Scott demanded. This wasn't Scott. This couldn't be Scott.
Then, Scott drew up his hand and slashed my chest. Lydia and Stiles ran out and joined Allison on the front porch.
"Scott, stop! It's not you, you have to fight it." Lydia yelled.
Scott brought up his hand like he was going to strike again, this time it was aimed for my throat.
Before he could land his hit, I pushed him off of me and stood up.
"Scott, I don't want to hurt you."
Then I felt a searing pain in my head. I fell to my knees and screamed. What was happening?
"Scott, stop you're hurting her!" Stiles cried out.
"Fight it. You're stronger than this." Kyma whispered to me.
I was lying on the ground in pain, but I managed to look up at Scott. My eyes started glowing.
There was a shadow standing behind him.
Somebody was controlling him.
"Get up." Kyma started to grow annoyed.
I slowly lifted myself to my feet. I ran towards Scott and tackled him to the ground.
I pinned his arms down and that's when I felt it. The dark energy swirling around him. It was consuming him.
Instinctively, I growled. Scott immediately stopped struggling and his eyes turned back to normal. I felt the shadow. I felt fear. I had scared it away.
"Kylie, I'm- I'm so sorry. I couldn't control myself. I don't know what happened." Scott said, out of breath.
I stood up and helped him to his feet, then looked to Lydia. "I do."
