Scarletts POV
It has been 3 days since Maverick had left for his trip. He's coming back in about an hour so the littles are very excited, especially meadow.

She's sitting and waiting at the door as we speak. Everett has a wonderful dinner planned, so all the little ones are dressed and ready to go. We're just waiting for him to get back.

"Meadow baby, why don't you come wait with us?" I asked as I put my hands on my hips and looked down at her.

She looked up with her big eyes and a paci in her mouth. She wrapped her little fingers around it and pulled it out before saying "no mama, I wait for dada right here" a little giggle following after.

"Ok little stinker, you come get me if your bored ok?" I said. She shook her head before going back to playing with grey her stuffie and suckling on her pacifier. I chuckled before walking into the living room with Elijah dead asleep in the playpen, Felix drawing a master piece, and Cyrus playing video games.

My husband of course is sitting with his computer with a glass of wine in his hand. An extra one for me sitting on the coffee table.

"He should be here soon, is meadow still at the door?" Everett asked.

"Yes, ima tell him to text us when he's in the driveway so I can record her reaction when he walks through the door." I said as I pulled my phone out with a giggle. Everett just scoffed before going back to his computer

"He's here!" I whispered into Everett's ear before jumping up to run to meadow. She looks at me and smiles

"I hear dadas car mama!" She excitedly points to the door.

"I know baby!" I said happily. Everett stands behind me and watches as I started recording meadow.

The door handle jiggles which only excites meadow more. She starts to bounce on her knees and giggle excitedly.

Maverick pops through the door "honeys I'm homeeee" he says loudly.

"Dada! Dada!" Meadow squeals before jumping into his arms. He wraps his arms around her and spins her around "my princess! I missed you" he said before kissing her face all over.

"Dada!"

"Dada your back!!" The boys all run in and tackle him.

"My princes!" He yells excitedly as he puts meadow down so he can hug each and everyone one of the boys. They're all jumping in excitement, he finally looks up and sees us.

"My partners" he says softly before walking over and kissing me, then Everett kissing him.

"We've missed you" I said.

"Clearly after you two sent me those very interesting videos and picture yesterday night" he whispers causing Everett to chuckle before leaning down to pick up meadow who was pulling on his pant leg.

"Oh how I've misses you all so much, and you all look so adorable" he said as he looked around at all our littles. I put them all in outfits that matched colors.

"We wanted them to look extra cute for dinner tonight" Everett said.

"Oh yes dinner, can I change really quick?" Maverick asked as we started walking upstairs.

"Yes! Take your time, we know you're tired" Everett said before slapping his butt and walking away. All the littles giggled.

"Heyy, not in front of the little ones" Maverick pouted.

"It's ok dada, I got you" Elijah said before slapping Everett's butt making us all laugh harder.

"You little stinker come here" Everett said as he handed meadow to me and started running off to chase Elijah who was running and screaming. I shook my head and laughed as I watched.

"Oh god, how I've missed this family" Maverick says before jogging up the stairs.

Meadow played with my hair as we swayed us back and forth, I hummed before looking at her. "See baby, dada came back like we said" I said. She looked at me and smelled brightly.

"Dada back, family is all here" she said as she waved her hands around in the air directing to her two older brothers, her daddy who's still chasing Elijah and dada who's now upstairs.

"Doedoe, can I draw a tattoo on you?" Felix asked as he tugged on her leg. I chuckled as meadow nodded vigorously.

"Baby, you can draw tattoos on her after dinner ok?" I said. Felix looked at me with sad puppy eyes so I shook my head again to end the discussion. He nodded before running off to play with his brother again.

"Hmm a baby with tattoos, that'll be something" I said as I tickled her sides. "No mommy no ticklesss" she said as she pushed my hands away.

"Mommy will tickle you for foreverrr" I whispered before evil laughing. She giggled before squirming around to get away from me but I held onto her tightly.

"Mama I hungry" she said.

"I know baby, we're gonna go get some dinner and you can eat all your little tummy desires" I said as I started walking towards the front door and grabbing my purse.

Everett pops up with Elijah on his shoulder as Cyrus and Felix taunt Elijah from the floor. "Alright alright boys, that's enough. All of you go put your shoes on" he said as he set Elijah down. They all ran and started to put their shoes on as we waited for Maverick.

Soon he came down in new clothes and smell of his cologne. It's one of my favorites, I get to pick out all of my husbands colognes whenever we go shopping.

"Ok we ready?" Maverick asked.

"Yeah let's go. I guess we have to take that stupid van" Everett muttered under his breath.

"Hey that van saves us gas, it's a nice van. They've upgraded them over the years anyway. It is the year 2345 anyway. They've come a long way" I said.

"Yeah but it's huge" Everett said.

"We are a big family" Maverick stepped into the conversation.

"Yeah I know, I wouldn't change it for the world either" Everett said before grabbing Cyrus and Felix's hands and started running out the door, the boys giggling as they tried to keep up.

"Wait for meeeee" Elijah said as he ran after them.

"And me!" Maverick said before running after Elijah.

"Mama we run?" Meadow asked me. I smiled before poking her nose.

"Oh no baby, is woman don't run. We strut" I said as I put glasses on her and then glasses on me.

She giggled before hugging grey closer to her body. She flipped her hair and held her head high. "That's my girl" I said before locking the door and walking to the van.
