Everett's POV

"Mary can you please make a reservation for our family at Josh's place. At 6pm for the seven of us." I asked our assistant through the speaker on my desk.

"Yes sir" she replied.

It's been a beautiful three months since meadows birthday, which means tomorrow is her one year anniversary of being our little. We're going to celebrate with a bunch of friends and family tomorrow night.

"Babe, I finished that paperwork. We need to go pick up the boys and meadow soon" Maverick said leaning on my desk. I looked up and smirked at him.

"What have I told you about office manners? Do I need to reteach you?" I said as I stood up. I chuckled as he jumped up and stood straight.

"No sir" he replied.

"Hmm. I'll reteach you later tonight. Anyway, you finished those papers?" I asked. He nodded with a "mhm".

"Good, i am tired and bored of work. Let's go ahead and get the babies" I Commended, I grabbed my stuff and watched as Maverick did the say before we left our office.

"Reservation was made sir, they said they had a cake ordered on the house" Mary explained as we walked passed her.

"Thank you Mary, go ahead and take the rest of the day off. We'll see you tomorrow." I said flashing a quick smile.

"Thank you sirs, see you later" she replied before starting to clean off her desk.

"That's kind of Josh to get a cake" Maverick said opening his car door and plopping himself into the car.

"I know, but I think he understands how it important it is. It's the same with him and Sam, as it should be for everyone" I replied.

"True. I'm excited to see the kids. It's always nice too see them after a long day of work." Maverick said resting into the seat of the car.

"I agree"

Meadows POV

*Earlier that afternoon*

"Hey meadow, can you come here a second?" Uncle indigo called out. I nodded before setting my dolls down and ran over to him.

I noticed a girl my age and a woman uncle indigos age. "Meadow, this is Nicky. She is new and a little nervous. Can you show her around for me?" Uncle indigo asked.

"Sure! My name is meadow! I like your name" I said excitedly. Nicky giggled before speaking up. "I like yours too"

"Want to come play with me?"

"Sure!" Nicky replied excitedly. I looked up at uncle indigo and winked before asking Nicky to come follow me.

"So this is where alllll the toys are! We can play with anything but we have to make sure to properly help clean up" I explained.

"Ok" Nicky said with a nod of her head.

"And this is all of the table we can color, play, or build stuff on" I pointed to the tables.

"That is the backyard, right now a lot of the littles out there playing but is too hot now. I like playing with dolls and blocks here" I said. Nicky nodded again.

"Then there where we nap and we get lunch in there! And that's it!" I said waving my arms around like a circle.

Nicky nodded as she looked around. "Its cool in here, I like how it's colorful"
