Saori watched Megumi, a cheeky smile playing on her lips as she approached him while he sat on his bed, his back pressed against the headboard, engrossed in a book. As she drew closer, he glanced up, instinctively putting the book aside.
He smiled slightly. "Alright, what are you up to?"
Saori feigned innocence. "Why would you think that?"
Megumi raised an eyebrow, smirking. "You've got that look on your face whenever you want something."
Her laughter bubbled up as she climbed onto the bed, straddling him playfully. She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to his lips, making his heart race. His hands instinctively wrapped around her waist, pulling her closer.
With a light giggle, Saori pulled back slightly, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I was thinking we could go to a private onsen resort in Hokkaido for your birthday. Just you, me, and a few of our close friends."
Megumi's eyes widened, surprise mingling with delight. "That sounds amazing, but... are you sure? I don't want to impose."
Saori shook her head, her expression earnest. "Not at all! I want to celebrate you, and I know how much you love the quiet. Plus, Hokkaido in winter is beautiful! We can soak in the hot springs, enjoy the snow, and just relax."
He thought for a moment, the idea warming him. "That does sound nice... but what if it's too cold?"
Saori smiled knowingly. "That's what the onsen is for! We'll be cozy and warm, I promise. Besides, I can think of some activities that could keep us both warm if it gets too cold."
Megumi grinned, catching her playful tone. "Well, as long as our room has a private onsen, I'm in."
He leaned in and kissed her again, savoring the warmth of the moment. But just as quickly, she pulled back, leaving him hanging, a playful look on her face.
"Hey! What was that for?" he exclaimed, half-laughing, half-pouting.
Saori giggled, her eyes dancing with mischief. "Just making sure you're really committed to this trip!"
Megumi rolled his eyes but couldn't suppress his smile. "You're impossible."
"Only for you," she replied, her grin widening. "Now, are you ready to celebrate your birthday Gojo style?"
When Saori shared her plan to take the group to a private hot spring resort in Hokkaido for Megumi's birthday, their reactions were a mix of excitement and disbelief.
Nobara was the first to react, her eyes widening. "Wait, what? A private hot spring resort? All expenses paid? You've got to be kidding me! This is epic!"
Yuji, jumping up with enthusiasm, added, "No way! That sounds incredible! I'm in! We can have snowball fights and eat all the good food!"
Maki, leaning back with a smirk, crossed her arms. "Hokkaido? Hot springs? Count me in. But I'm expecting some fancy treatment, especially since it's for Megumi's birthday."
Yuta, always calm but with a hint of excitement in his voice, said, "I'm looking forward to it. It'll be a great way to relax and enjoy some time together. Just what we need after all the chaos."
Panda, bouncing slightly, chimed in, "I can't wait! Hot springs are the best! Do you think they have good food? I want to try everything!"
Toge, unable to contain his excitement, nodded vigorously. "Salmon."
Saori, feeling the excitement in the room, added, "And we could go snowboarding too! I used to snowboard a lot during winter in Switzerland."
Yuji's eyes lit up. "That sounds awesome!"
