In the afternoon sun, Yuji, Inumaki, Yuta, and Aoi lounged on a grassy hill, chatting and soaking in the warmth. The air was filled with distant laughter and the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze. Their laughter echoed as they shared stories and jokes, the camaraderie among them palpable.
As they relaxed, Yuji spotted Megumi and Saori a short distance away.
"Hey, look!" Yuji nudged Aoi. "It's Fushiguro and Saori."
The three turned their attention to the couple, who stood close together, seemingly lost in their own world. Just as they were about to call out to them, Megumi leaned in and kissed Saori softly. The moment lingered before he pulled back, smiling at her before saying goodbye. Yuji's eyes widened in surprise, while Aoi raised an eyebrow, a smirk forming on his lips.
"Did you see that?" Yuji exclaimed, barely able to contain his excitement.
Inumaki nodded, eyes wide as he watched the scene unfold, quietly muttering, "Salmon."
Aoi chuckled. "That was a cute kiss. Fushiguro's really serious about her, huh?"
Just then, Megumi noticed them from a distance, his usual stoic expression breaking into a slight frown as he approached, hands stuffed in his pockets.
"What's up?" he asked, trying to play it cool.
Yuji teased, a playful grin on his face, "Nothing much, just enjoying the view. But seriously, how was that goodbye? You guys looked pretty cozy."
Megumi shifted slightly, a hint of embarrassment creeping onto his face. "It was nothing."
Aoi smirked, clearly not buying it. "Nothing, huh? How many times a week do you and Saori... you know?"
Before Megumi could respond, Yuji jumped in, eager for more details. "Yeah, spill it! We need to know!"
Inumaki leaned in closer, intrigued but silent, giving a nod to encourage Megumi to share.
"Uh, guys, don't you think that's kind of personal?" Yuta interjected, trying to steer the conversation away.
Megumi raised an eyebrow, his expression shifting to a mix of annoyance and embarrassment. "That's none of your business."
Yuji, undeterred, pressed on. "Come on! Just give us a ballpark figure!"
Crossing his arms, a slight blush creeping onto his cheeks, Megumi mumbled, "Maybe a few times..."
He looked away, flustered.
Aoi leaned closer, trying to gauge his reaction. "A few times a week? Or a few times a day?"
Megumi hesitated again, glancing between his friends, his cheeks turning red. When he finally responded, everyone's eyes widened in surprise. They hadn't expected Megumi to be so bold, especially since he was usually more introverted.
"Wow, Fushiguro! I didn't know you had it in you!" Yuji exclaimed, grinning widely.
Aoi laughed, clapping him on the back. "You're a lucky man, you know? Don't mess things up!"
Inumaki nodded, giving a thumbs up while keeping his commentary to a minimum, gesturing playfully as if to say, "Just take it slow."
Megumi, blushing, finally interjected, "Can we talk about something other than my love life already?"
Yuji perked up at the suggestion. "Oh, how about we all go out to the movies and hit the arcade? Boys' night out!"
Aoi grinned, clapping his hands together. "Now that sounds like a plan! I'm in!"
Inumaki gave a thumbs up, clearly excited at the thought of playing some games.
Megumi hesitated for a moment but then nodded, a reluctant smile forming. "Alright, fine. Just no embarrassing stories while we're out."
Yuji laughed. "No promises!"
