"And just knowing. That everything will end

Should not change our plans. When we begin again"

"Everybody wants a happy ending, right?"

Families are reunited as the world celebrated the return of its people; fireworks light the skie and cheering is all around.

"Maybe this time. I'm hoping if you play this back, it's in celebration. I hope families are reunited, I hope we get it back, and something like a normal version of the planet has been restored."

At Clint Barton's farm, he joyfully reunited with his family he thought was gone. Peter Parker finds his best friend Ned, the two share a hug.  In San Francisco, Scott Lang watched fireworks with Cassie Lang and Hope Van Dyne. In Wakanda, T'Cahlla, Shuri, and Ramonda oversaw the celebrations from their balcony. Katarina Barnes hugged her father, Bucky, and refused to let go.

"If there ever was such a thing. God, what a world. Universe, now. If you told me ten years ago that we weren't alone, let alone, you know, to this extent, I mean, I wouldn't have been surprised. But come on, you know?"

Pietro hugs his twin sister, Wanda, with tears in his eyes. His wife, Avalyn, had her daughter in her arms as Wanda placed a hand on Anastasia's cheek with a fond smile.

"The epic forces of darkness and light that have come into play. And, for better or worse, that's the reality Morgan's gonna have to find a way to grow up in."

Avalyn Stark's lips quivered as she watched her father's hologram in the Stark house, projected from his Iron Man helmet. Pietro stood behind her, a hand on her shoulder, while Anastasio was tucked on her side. Around her were Florence, Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, and Rhodey. Her sister Morgan was on her other side, holding Avalyn's hand.

"So I thought I'd probably better record a little greeting... In the case of an untimely death on my part. I mean, not that, death at any time isn't untimely. This time travel thing that we're gonna try and pull off tomorrow, it's– it's got me scratching my head about the survivability of it all. That's the thing. Then again, that's the hero gig. Part of the journey is the end."

Tony got up and walked towards his camera.

"What am I even trippin' for? Everything's gonna work out exactly the way it's supposed to."

He leaned down and smiled. He was looking directly at his two daughter.

"I love you both 3,000."

The message ended and the hologram cut out.

Death was not a thing Avalyn Stark had ever worried about, not towards herself. She constantly worried about those around her, more so after becoming a mother. Life could be so short and it was up to the person what they chose to do with it.

Avalyn knew her father did everything he could for his family and for the world.

A hero.

A wreath flowed peacefully on the Lake, Tony's first arc reactor framed with 'Proof That Tony Stark Has A heart" back from 2008. Words Avalyn never doubted.

Florence stood closest to the Lake, an arm around her eldest daughter Avalyn and her hand grasping Morgan's. Next to Avalyn, Pietro was carrying Anastasia. Happy Hogan, Pepper Pots & Rhodey stood behind them.

They were joined by Steve Rogers, Thor and Bruce. Peter Parker and May Parker stood side by side while Doctor Strange and Wong were behind.

Scott Lang, Hope Van Dyne, Janet Van Dyne and Hank Pym stood together as a family while the Guardians — Peter Quill, Nebula, Rocket, Teenage Groot, Drax, Mantis — stood together too.

T'Challa, Okoye, Shuri were close to Clint Barton & his family.

Wanda Maximoff, Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson were towards the back near Harley Keener, Secretary Ross, Maria Hill and Carol Danvers.

Nick Fury, the one who had started the Avengers, watched on from the porch.

Heroes, brought together by war and destruction but reunited to say farewell to one man.

Avalyn hadn't had as much time with her father as she should have done, torn away from him without so much as a goodbye, but they did the best that they could. He'd done everything to make sure he knew how much he loved her, Florence and Morgan.

One man, who'd done so much his entire life — investions, fighting and saving the universe.

Tony Stark.
