Twenty-seven- Record Lee 🌶️

"Your wounds look better already." Titan says as he finishes changing my bandages. His hair is a little messy but its cute, it's definitely long enough to braid maybe even a bun if he keeps letting it grow out. And speaking of braids I can't believe he knows how to. I could've had him braiding my hair instead of putting it in twists.

We got back with our Halloween costumes about an hour ago and have just been lounging on the couch. He's been a little bit more touchy since we got back from the store maybe its because I made him start watching the walking dead with me since i found out he didn't like zombies. Either way I'm not complaining.

He gets up and grabs my hands to help me up.

"Im going to start cooking dinner." He says kissing my hand and the little action brings flutters to my stomach.

I smile and squeeze his hand."Okay im gonna take Kora on a walk."

"Alright call me if anything happens. And let me know if the bandages are too tight." I look at him weird but say okay. He acts as if i never took her for a walk before.

Titan walks me to the door as I pat my leg and Kora comes running to my side. I put the leash on her and wave Titan goodbye as I leave the house.

Im down the street when i hear my phone go off and i pull it out to see it's texts from my mom and two missed calls from my dad.

I read her text first.

-Is Titan still at your house?

Obviously. I read her next message.

-I'll admit, he seems decent, but you can never be too careful.

Well I'm glad she cares, and she even called him decent? Might as well welcome him to the family.

-Thanks for the advice.

I text her back before calling my dad. He picks up on the second ring. "Hey sweetheart,"

"Hey."

"i was surprised you didn't come back with your mom but then again i knew i should've went to get you myself." Then his voice gets serious. "Why didn't you tell us that you got hurt and whats this about a boy i hear?"

His words start off sweet but it ends with his dad voice.

I smile thinking about him. "His name is Titan and don't worry he's got manners and he's respectful. He's a chef and cooks for me everyday, its great. He helps me change my bandages. I didn't tell you guys because I didn't want you to worry, I'm fine really."

I hear him sigh on the other side of the line. "Are you sure he's a nice boy? He didn't do anything to you?"

I shake my head even though he can't see me. "Dad he's a great guy but i know you won't believe me until you see him for yourself. What did mom say about him?"

"She didn't say much. Just that you got a boy over there and he cooked breakfast for her. She didn't say anything disrespectful about him so I'll take that as a sign not to rush over there right now. But you need to let me know when you get hurt baby I mean it." His tone gets serious again.

I concede. "Alright alright i will i promise. Im walking Kora right now and I'm about to head back inside so i gotta go."

"Okay i love you. Call me if you need anything, and i mean anything." He waits for my response.
