🎬 Rolling 🎬
Charlotte had closed out of her tabs and began cleaning her space in the time she had before she was meant to be filming. In the middle of wiping her desk she was interrupted by a knock on her door. Not bothering to check who it might be she just yelled at them to come in.
Finishing her current task, she glances up at a very familiar face, Spencer, and she smiles. "What's up?" She questions, filming wasn't for about another hour so it was a bit strange for him to be in her office. She throws her wipe away and leans back in her chair.
"I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it is completely my fault." He says, pressing a hand to his chest remorsefully.
"Oh? Go on." She sits up straight, concerned with what he has to say.
"You know the game I told you we'd play today?" She nods her head slightly. "Well we actually decided not to do that, just sometimes it's like a bit too much, in a way. People go crazy and editors tend to spend much longer on those compared to other videos."
"No, I get that. So what game are we actually playing instead?"
"Oh right, instead we decided on Ultimate Werewolf, which is way different but equally, if not, more fun."
"Wait, I don't know how to play that!" She nervously laughs. "I mean of course I've watched a video or two but I don't know how everything goes, you know?"
"Right, right. I can have you watch the rule video, or you can just wing it, which you would not be the first person to do."
"Guess I'll be winging it."
"Perfect, and if you want I can come back around her in like forty five minutes and we can head there together?" He puts the gesture out there, giving her the option to decline his offer.
"Sounds nice, see you then!" A soft smile appearing on her face as she watches him exit her office.
The time flew by as Charlotte had been preparing herself for this shoot when she was shook from her thoughts by a knock at her door. At this point she doesn't know why he continues to knock, maybe it's because it's the respectful thing to do in case she were to not want company, but she'd never turn him away.
Quickly grabbing her phone and water bottle she meets him in the hallway and they start walking to the set.
"Did you do anything to help your chances at the game?" He asks.
"Not really, I feel like I get the gist of it. If I turn out to be horrible I guess it'll make for a funny video, so we can't lose."
"I suppose that's true." He replies as they enter the room
Charlotte is quickly met with the group of others joining them in today's game. That group consists of Amanda, Angela, Tommy, Shayne, and Chanse. She hasn't really worked with Chanse or Tommy yet so this would be a first for her.
Walking up to them Spencer introduces himself and Charlotte. Amanda was the first to notice and greet her, which she loved.
The two decided to step off the side and start up their own conversation while the others just laughed about something that happened on an earlier shoot.
"You know what is so weird about this casting?" Amanda asks.
"No.. What's up with it?" Charlotte questions, not really seeing anything 'odd' about this cast.
"Usually Spencer is sort of like the overseer, he moves the cards around and leads the game but this time he's playing. Just something to note."
"Ohh. I imagine he just got tired of watching you guys play. Suppose he wants a shot at werewolf."
