Gravepuncher: The movie

Your POV:

I was sitting at my desk doing homework when all of a sudden I hear a knock on my door. "Who is it?!" I call out. "Hey, princess it's me. Can I come in?" I hear my dad's voice from the other side of the door. I frown but give him permission to enter nevertheless.
"I was just thinking, you and I haven't spent a lot of time together recently so I was wandering this weekend if you wanted to something fun?" he asks me. I raise my eyebrow in question. "You see, Viceroy wants to take me to the movie theatre to see the new 6D McFist vision system in action and I was hoping you would like to come with me" dad explains.

I suck in a sharp breath trying to think of an excuse. "I don't know dad, I'll probably have homework to do" I tell him. "Gah you say that every time, what are they giving you extra homework or something?!" he groans. "Sorry but if wanna get good grades you know I have to focus on my school work" I state. "That's it, I'm calling the school and telling them to stop handing out so much homework!" my dad grunts. I immediately panic not wanting to get caught in my lie and stop him before he could walk out of my room. "Dad no! I don't want you to do that!".

"But how am I meant to spend time with my daughter if the school is keeping her busy!?" he exclaims frustrated. "You know what, I think I can squeeze in the movie theatre after all" I then tell him. "Really pumpkin?" dad asks happily. "Course, I don't have a lot of homework anyways and I think it can wait" I say with a fake smile. "Great! I'll go and inform Viceroy" he smiles before leaving my room.
Once he was out of ear shot I sigh in defeat; I really didn't want to go but I guess I can't avoid dad and Victory forever.

Time skip

That weekend I was dragged to the movie theatre to see the new GravePuntcher movie. I frown as I sat in my seat, still not wanting to be there but trying not make that too obvious to dad and Viceroy.
Suddenly I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched. But it wasn't a creepy kinda of feeling, it felt kinda...familiar.

"Ya feel that, I just got the chills" Viceroy says to us. "Why would we feel you get chills?" dad asks him unamused. "Because chills is a new side effect of my new 6D McFist vision system. It uses the latest lasers guided cybernetic holographic technology to create the ultimate cinematic experience" Viceroy explains. "Uh huh, we'll be the judges of that. Right princess?" dad grins at me. "Yeah, sure" I reply bluntly.

2nd POV:

McFist's face fell as he heard your blunt tone. He couldn't understand why you were always being so cold and distant. "Isn't this nice all of us together at the movies, especially with (y/n) not being preoccupied with school work for once" Viceroy says. "Yeah, when was the last time you did anything with us?" McFist turns to you. "Before you both worked together to try and destroy me" you mumble under your breath. "What?" McFist and Viceroy question. "What?!" I quickly act like you didn't say anything.

The movie then starts and these bars appear over everyone's shoulders like they do on a rollercoaster. As the movie starts the chairs start jolting around and purple liquid shot out at everyone. "Ha, ha! Did I tell you or did I tell you?!" Viceroy chuckles.
Suddenly the main character came onto the screen and everyone starts cheering. "There he is there he is!" Viceroy squeals like a fan girl. "Oh here comes my favourite part, right-" McFist was growing more annoyed with him. "Viceroy I swear if you don't stop talking I'm gonna-" he gets cut off and screams as he was startled by the effects that made the character look like he was jumping out of the screen. "You just got 6D'd hard" Viceroy smirks making you laugh.

You ended up actually enjoying the experience, well actually you enjoyed seeing your dad get freaked out by all the effects. But then the characters literally steps out of the screen and starts punching all off the seats making people go flying. Everyone else seemed to think his was just a part of the experience but you immediately knew that something was wrong.
