A/N: Here's that Halloween one-shot I was talking about! It's pure fluff. Working on requests!
"Tasha?"
Natasha looked up from her book to her girlfriend that was currently sitting at Natasha's desk on her own laptop.
"Yes, Wands?"
"What's Halloween?"
Natasha shut her book and sat up. It never occurred to her that Wanda had celebrated Halloween- or any holiday for that matter. Last October was the aftermath of Ultron, in which Wanda had immediately locked herself in her room for months because of the loss of her brother, so this was her really getting to experience traditions in a new country.
"It's a holiday that comes once a year during October. People like to do fall activities like carving pumpkins, going to haunted houses, or watching scary movies. But Halloween happens on the last day of October. People like to dress up, go to parties, go trick or treating and stuff."
"Dress up?"
"Yeah, they pick costumes. You can dress up as anything you want."
"So, like Harry Potter?"
Natasha snorted, knowing Wanda had been obsessed with the movies and books lately.
"Yes, like Harry Potter."
"And what is trick or treating?"
"Well, people, usually kids, go around neighborhoods and ring the doorbell where people give you candy."
"And this is legal?"
"For some reason, yes."
Natasha watched as Wanda nodded her head, trying to comprehend the new information.
"Tasha?"
"Yes, milaya?" Natasha asked smirking as Wanda blushed at the pet name.
"Have you ever been trick or treating?"
"No."
"Oh, ok."
A few seconds of silence went by before Wanda spoke again.
"Tasha?"
"Yes, baby?"
"Will you go trick or treating with me?"
Natasha was just about to answer with an 'absolutely not,' but stopped before she said anything as she looked at Wanda's big puppy dog eyes. She sighed, knowing that she was whipped.
"Of course."
Wanda squealed in happiness before standing up from her chair and jumping onto the bed with Natasha. She climbed in her lap, straddling Natasha's waist and threw her arms over her neck and leaned down to give her girlfriend a kiss. Natasha couldn't help but smile as she felt Wanda do the same against her lips.
Suddenly, Wanda pulled away with a gasp. Natasha looked up, confused.
"I have to pick out our costumes!"
Natasha chuckled, leaning her forehead against Wanda's shoulder.
"Please don't make it embarrassing, or else I'll never hear the end of it from the boys."
.
It was nearing the end of the month, just one day before Halloween.
Natasha took Wanda around the area, showing her fall activities in which Wanda loved, but her favorite had to have been the hay ride her and Natasha took around an apple orchard, drinking cups of apple cider.
