Ella's POV
I took my earphone and seeing Jema again felt surreal. I closed my eyes and still has a lot of job need to finish. I called Mike.
"Babe.. can you help me with some stuff please.. nasend ko sa email mo yong presentation.. baka lang may namissed out ako" I said to him then binaba na ang phone.
I message Jema.
"Can you do the summary of the data I sent you? Let me know if the data is vague. I know this is your first day but if you can help me on it.. really much appreciated"
A few seconds a heard a knocked then the door opened.
"La.. I just have a few questions sa data.. Kasi looks like the raw data were not yet cleanse so if its okay to just simplify and I used the cleanse one" Jema asked
"Yeah sure.. I think should be okay" then maya-maya dumating si Mike
"Babe.. I looked at the presentation na.. wait Jema!! is that you??" Mike looked at Jema and was a bit shocked to see her.
"Yes Mike its me" I said
"Good to see you again.. Babe.. bakit hindi mo sinabi na andito pala si Jema nag wowork na?" Mike asked me
"Sinabi ko sayo hindi kalang nakinig" Ella said and Mike Laughed.
"Anyways, good to see you Jema.. if may need ka just let me know or Ella know.. okay" Mike said and Lumabas na si Jema.
Nag-usap kami ni Mike while Jema lumabas na to do her thing. Maya maya umalis na din si mike at naiwan ako sa office.
After a few minutes, Jema knocked the door.
"La... i sent out the data I did and kindly check on it" Jema said while standing in sa may pintuan.
"Do you want coffee?? you seem so stress." Jema added but I didnt reply and I was lookimg at the summary she did.
"Jema.. this is not the thing I expected.. pero sige since bago kapa lang.. I'll do it for now" I said and amended the data she did
"huh.. then turuan mo nlng ako.. para ako na gumawa"
"wag na.. i need this asap kasi go back to your table nalng and i will share this after ko gawin para may idea ka." I said and hindi na sya nilingon.
"okay La" at lumabas na sya
I was so busy and di ko na namalayan ang oras. Late na pala masyado then I went outside para umuwe.
I was supposed to be going out but I saw some light in a table. I slowly go near sa table.
Paglapit ko walang tao pero bukas ang PC at ilaw lang sa labas ang nakaopen kasi auto sensor ang ilaw sa ceiling ng office.
Pag about face ko.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!" Sigaw ng nasa harap ko
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" Napasigaw na din ako sa takot at napaatras ako at natumba sa pagkakatayo and I was so damn nervous sa takot.
"la... hey its me!" Jema said
"Jusko naman Jema!! Bigla bigla ka kasing nasipot" sabi ko habang nakaupo sa sahig at hawak hawak ang dibdib ko kasi sa sobrang kaba
"Nagulat nga ako sayo e... matatakutin ka padin la" Jema said at inabot ang kamay nya para tulungan ako makatayo.
Inabot ko naman ang kamay nya at tumayo ako.
"Why you are still here?? 5pm out mo ah" I said kasi expect ko wala na tao sa office
"ahh.. Inaral ko yong ginawa mo so that I can be a big help in the coming days" Jema said.. I wasn't expecting her to be this workaholic.
"You don't need to spend OT at OTY kapa naman para lang dun. Go home na" I said
"wait.. sabay na tayo palabas" dali dali Nyang kinuha ang gamit nya at pinatay ang PC.
Pagbaba ng elevator.. Jema went out pagdating ng ground floor while I went deretsong basement to get my car.
"See you tom la" She said and tumalikod na and I just gave her a smile
