Y/n's POV

"We should look at this as a new advantage. Given the state of affairs, Aoyama's the only person we know who can trick All For One." Momo pointed out. I heard Aoyama gasp through his mask before raising his head and looking at us. He was still crying and looked stunned to see that we wanted him to help us. "Hey guys, maybe you should hit pause for a second and think this through. A crime is a crime. I hate to point this out, but you know.... You're the ones who were hurt the most by his actions. Do you really want to trust an admitted traitor?" Present Mic asked. I stepped forward, standing next to papa. "I want to trust him. He helped papa when papa was struggling." I answered, determined to save Aoyama. Once I said that, I heard someone else walking up next to us. "Yes, sir. We can put his actions in the past. Besides, none of us noticed just how tortured he was, so we have to take some responsibility, too. He's our classmate, and he's sitting in front of us weeping like to epitome of despair. That's why we're holding out a hand to him. Because we're friends, we care and we want to redeem him. If he wants us to be equals again, he'll have to accept our help and stand with us." Ida said.

"I'm not forgetting what I went through after the training camp. I think five Howitzer Blasts would make up for that, though." Kacchan said.

"Don't you think that's an extreme response?" Sero asked.

"Ida's right. Aoyama only went along with All For One's orders because there was no way to beat him. Now we have a shot. Plus, he told his parents he wanted to stop, didn't he? And Aoyama, you've got to remember that no one cared that Midoriya was born quirkless. We didn't turn on him... Even though he was hiding his tears from us, just like you. You were there when we went after him. We told we'd help him and we'd share his responsibilities. We said from now on he wouldn't have to face anything alone. Aoyama, meddling when you don't have to, is the essence of being a hero. You're still one of us." Kirishima said. Everyone started speaking up and wanting Aoyama to still believe that he was one of us, even after what he had done. "Everybody calm down. There are still protocols we have to follow, and right now, we need these three to fully cooperate with our investigation. They said All For One won't fall for any lies and, as you heard earlier, any dishonesty will be met with violence. I understand how you must be feeling, but we can't be rash." Tsukauchi said.

"Midoriya. You suggested we could lure out All For One. I don't suppose you have an actual plan." Mr Aizawa said, turning on his camera so we could see him.

"Not yet. Nothing solid." Papa answered.

"Right. That's what I expected. Detective as Class 1-A's homeroom teacher, I also bear the blame for what's happened and... I feel the same way my students do." Mr Aizawa said.

"You're kidding." Present Mic said, turning to look at Mr Aizawa.

"Aoyama, you can rest assured. I have no intention of expelling you from U.A." Mr Aizawa said. Aoyama gasped again as he looked up at us again. "I know my students well and I see a way forward." Mr Aizawa said.

"You have a plan?" I asked.

"Before I start, can you make absolutely sure that the Aoyama's won't be able what I have to say?" Mr Aizawa asked.

"Sure. You got it." Tsukauchi said. They pulled out a set of headphone like devices before placing them on each of the Aoyama's before Mr Aizawa started to explain his plan. "Here's what I propose we do." Mr Aizawa started. He filled all of us in on the plan and breaking it down so we knew what we'd have to do once everything was set in motion. After he explained his plan, we left, letting the adults talk. We stood in the hallway watching as Aoyama and his parents were led away in cuffs by Tsukauchi's partners. "This will be okay!" Papa called. When we made it back to the dorms, everyone was quiet and not talking about what was going to happen. "We should make sure we're prepped." Kirishima said.

"Agreed." Shoji added. I was standing next to papa and Ida, who were talking about their costumes and how they needed to do something about them. "Guys, let's make sure we beat them." Hagakure said.

"Yeah!" The class cheered.

"Y/n, we're headed to the Support department. Wanna come?" Papa asked. I nodded as papa, Ida and I started making our way through the school to talk with the Support department. When we got there, I heard something getting ready to explode as papa reached for the door handle. The explosion hit papa like it had a while ago when papa first talked with the support department. "Ochies. That hurt. Oh, wow it's been a minute, Midoriya. How's it going?" Mei asked. Mei was on top of papa as we stood there looking at the two of them. "Sorry about the door. Did you three need something? Always happy to hear your equipment requests." Mei asked, dusting herself off.

"Danger Sense didn't alert me. I must be more tired than I thought." Papa started. I walked over before grabbing his hand. "It's okay. I'm here too." I said, trying to calm papa down.

"Maintain composure. Anyway, hello again, Hatsume. We stopped by, hoping you had spare time to work on our costumes." Ida said. Mei looked at us a little confused before tilting her head. "Why not ask the Item Agencies since they usually handle those kinds of repairs?" Mei asked.

"Well... You see, the agency is basically defunct. Much like every other business, the Support course is our only real option." Ida explained.

"Oh... Not cool. That sounds like a major pain." Mei answered. Papa looked at her, stunned, finally a little calm after the explosion. "Hatsume. Can't we get through one day without the lab exploding? You two are here to get costumes repair, is that right? Come on in and bring the kid. I might have something for her." Power Loader said. We headed into the room, finding it completely covered in machines and cables running all over the floor. "You changed the look of the place." Ida mentioned.

"We had to, given what the principal's asked of us. I'm in charge of keeping the UA barrier up and running. Along with research and development. The entire support course helping out." Power Loader explained.

"Oh wow. This is incredible." Papa said. Papa explained what his gauntlet was before asking if she could fix it, but she denied the request since we needed it soon. "Hey kid. Come over here for a sec." Power Loader said, grabbing my attention. I looked over, seeing him standing next to a case. "What's that?" I asked, motioning towards the case.

"The principal was worried about sending you out into the field given that your hero costume relies on the material being lightweight and easy to move in, so he asked for us to make something for you." Power Loader explained before opening the case. Inside the case was a new hero costume designed just like my last one, but instead of the material looking like lightweight fabric, it looked like a metal material. "Go ahead and pick it up." Power Loader said. I nodded and lifted the costume out of the case, finding it to be only a little heavier than my last hero costume. "Woah, it's so lightweight. What's it made of?" I asked.

"the principal had the idea to merge a couple types of fabric together that were strong against certain things on their own. So all we really did was sew the fabrics together before using layering a strengthening material on top of the fabric. This should give you the most protection in the upcoming fight. Hopefully, it's enough to keep you out of permanent harm's way." Power Loader said. I nodded and placed the new costume in the case before lifting it. "Thanks, I'll put it to good use." I said. Power Loader nodded before patting my head and heading back to his work. After that, we managed to make it back outside where the class was gathering while Mt. Lady was talking with Momo. "I heard about the tragedy involving your classmate, but I'm afraid you can't afford to lose time processing what's happened. Our best plan is to still track down the paranormal liberation front and the league of villains and take them out in one calculated swoop. That's the quickest path to victory in a messy conflict, like the one we're in. If we hesitate or freeze in fear, they'll get the upper hand." Mt Lady explained.

"I wonder... will Aoyama come around?" Mina asked.

"I believe in him. He'll definitely return and we'll fight this fight together." Papa said.

"Hopefully that doesn't backfire on us." Kacchan said.

"I believe in him, too." I said.

"I'm with Y/n on this one. It'll be fine. More than anyone else, he's looked inside and figured out who he wants to be." Shoto said.

"That's enough yapping for now. Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki listen up. Each of you will form a separate time and spread out. UA high school Hero Course class 1-A. It's time to join the search." My Lady said.
