Y/n's POV

After meeting with Mt. Lady, we started working together to take down as many jail breakers as we could. We spent most of the day and some of the night working to take them down before making it back to the dorms after hours of fighting and taking villains into custody. As we got back to the dorms, papa was carrying me on his back since I was exhausted from the task we had. Denki collapsed on the floor once he entered the dorms. "Someone carry me..." Denki said, weakly.

"There's still so much ground to cover." Kirishima said, stretching.

"And with fewer heroes available, we've got to pick up the slack." Ojiro said.

"I'm beat." Sato complained.

"We should go to bed early. Our youthful resilience is our strength, so we must ensure that we're taking care of our minds and our bodies." Ida suggested.

"I don't think a nap's the same thing as training." Kacchan said.

"Don't forget to brush your teeth. Dental hygiene is no joke." Ida added.

"We don't even have enough time to trade..." Mineta started. I felt papa move towards Mineta's voice before he stopped talking. "I agree. We don't have enough down time." Papa said. He turned again before I looked over, seeing mama talking with Mina. "You can put me down now, papa." I said.

"Are you sure?" Papa asked. I nodded as he knelt down before letting me off his back. "Go talk with mama." I whispered to him. Papa looked at me a little shocked before nodding. "Urarak..." Papa started.

"I am here again! Entering in a totally chill way!" Uncle Might shouted.

"What's up? You sound energetic." Jiro said.

"Is it that obvious?" Uncle Might asked.

"Detective Tsukauchi and the principal too?" Sato asked.

"Have you come with news about Aoyama?" Momo asked. Tsukauchi raised a finger, motioning for us to stay quiet. "I need you all the listen closely. For now, we're only telling select people what I'm about to share. It's time we discuss the future of our world. The final battle plan." Uncle Might said.

The next day Principal Nezu announced that Shigaraki would be active again in a few days. He explained that when that happened, the campus would go into Marshall Law and the evacuees wouldn't be able to freely move about. We headed to the front of the UA walls since we were planning on leaving UA. "Everyone!" Ida called.

"We're grateful for all your support!" Everyone said.

"Wait! You're leaving, mister Deku, Y/n?" Kota asked, looking at us.

"Yes, I've got some rest and cleaned myself up. Now it's time for us to continue the fight." Papa explained.

"I've got to go with him to make sure he stays safe." I explained.

"Your safety is our chief concern, so keep your eyes peeled. Don't forget the evacuation system could activate at any time. You have to be prepared for anything." Snipe explained. Grandma came over to us before looking at papa. "You be careful out there." Grandma said.

"We will." Papa said, hugging her. Grandma turned and looked at me. "You be even more careful than him. I can't have you not coming back to me." Grandma said, bringing me into a tight hug.

"I'll be careful." I said, hugging her back. As papa and I prepared ourselves to leave, I heard someone come running over before I turned back to see Eri out of breath. "Y/n." Eri said. I looked at her as she walked over before holding her hand out. I cupped my hands under her hand before she dropped something in it. I looked in my hands and saw a little good luck pouch in my hands. "Come back with Deku." Eri said. I smiled and nodded. "We'll come back and when we do, everything will be okay." I said, nodding as I clenched the charm. Kota came over to me and just looked at me for a moment. "You better come back so I can show you the hero I become." Kota said.

"I will, and I know you'll be a great hero." I said. After that, Eri and Kota headed over to papa and told him pretty much the same things. We headed to the new base we were going to be using for now, which was 30 kilometers away from the school. They ended up naming the base Troy. "Thanks to Cementoss, Power Loader, and Ectoplasm, we were able to get this puppy functional pretty quick. It's nowhere near as strong as UA, but it'll do. Why don't you take your bags inside and find your room." Snipe said.

"This definitely inspired by our dorms." Hagakure said.

"Yeah." Jiro said in agreement.

"Nice of them to build a fancy coffin for us." Sero commented.

"Dude." Sato complained. Shoto was the first one to head inside before we followed him. We each still got our own rooms, but I stepped outside to get some fresh air, since I was getting nervous and scared about what was coming. I saw mama standing near the cliff side that overlooked the city where base Troy was built. I walked over before grabbing her hand. "Mama?" I asked. As I got her attention, I heard someone coming up from behind us. "Uraraka." Papa called. Mama looked at me before turning her attention to papa. "Oh, hey sweetie, hi Deku." Mama said.

"Are you done unpacking?" Papa asked.

"Yeah, I didn't bring much, so it didn't take too long." Mama explained.

"What about you Y/n?" Papa asked.

"Mama helped me pack and so she did the same with my stuff." I explained.

"That's good. I did the same with some spare clothes." Papa said. We stood there for a second before I reached up and grabbed papa's hand too. I felt papa flinch a little before gently gripping my hand as well. "Listen. I wanted to say thank you for that speech you gave back at UA. I really appreciate it." Papa said. I looked over at mama who started fussing with her hair which was blowing in the wind. "Oh, that was nothing. But it's nice to hear you still obsess over every little detail." Mama said.

"I hope I'm not interrupting you." Papa said.

"Not really. I was just looking out over the city. You know Deku... I think I'm probably pretty weird." Mama said.

"No, you're not. You're strong and brave and that hairstyle looks great on you. And you're kind and cool and nice to everybody..." Papa said as he started rambling.

"Yeah, that's not what I meant. When I had the megaphone, I was yelling down at everyone from the roof when... Suddenly I started thinking about Himiko Toga. When we fought one on one during Gigantomachia's rampage. I said some stuff to her that seemed like common sense to me and she looked really sad to hear it. I was kinda of surprised by her reaction." Mama explained. Papa let out a sigh that sounded a little shocked. "She's a villain and partly to blame for this city's current state. She's killed and stolen joy from countless people. Forgiving her isn't an option anymore, I know that. But still I have no idea what Toga knows about being human. What's obvious to her, the kind of things she might mistakenly think are true. Anyway, that's the reason I came out here. So I don't forget the horrible scenes from that day and I can stay focused on what really matters." Mama explained.

"Look I get it. I swear. Shigaraki has done terrible unspeakable things, but I saw a little boy inside of him. Even though we're about to go to war, I don't think I can ignore what's deep inside his heart." Papa said. Mama hummed a response as she turned to look at the city. "Well then, I guess our little family is weird." Mama said. I smiled as papa and mama finally talked about what was going on while we stood there looking over the city. "We will stop them." Mama and papa said. Three days passed, and we were still preparing the last few things to take on All For One. The following day, we finished and were ready to deal with All For One and the rest of the League of Villains.
