This moment of peace made Engfa cherish it more than ever before, for it was no easy feat for them to share such a moment together after all the turmoil they had been through. She took Charlotte's hand, feeling the familiar warmth, and gently spoke:

"I have a little plan for our upcoming holiday in Samui... I want you to join me. We'll stroll together, watch the sunset, and enjoy a few fun activities, as if the world around us only has the two of us left."

Charlotte glanced at Engfa, her eyes gentle yet filled with hesitation. Work always weighed heavily on her mind, and although she longed to spend time with Engfa, she knew she had to consider it carefully. After a brief silence, Charlotte replied, her voice soft but resolute:

"I'll try to make time to go with you... but maybe just for two days, Engfa. I have so much work, and I also think... you should have some time for yourself, to think things over."

Engfa furrowed her brow, slightly surprised. She took Charlotte's hand, her fingers gently stroking it as if to comfort her:

"Are you worried about me?"

Charlotte smiled, her eyes meeting Engfa's with warmth and tenderness:

"You've been through so much. I don't want you to always worry about me and forget about yourself. Sometimes, I think... you should take time to rest, to think about your future, so you don't have to suffer like you did before."

Engfa fell silent, deeply moved by Charlotte's concern, a wave of emotion filling every corner of her heart. She tilted her head, looking at Charlotte with love, then spoke softly:

"So, after this holiday, will you allow me to live by your side again? So I can take care of you, so my life will have more meaning, with you beside me?"

Charlotte was quiet, her eyes momentarily surprised by Engfa's question. But then, she nodded slowly, her cheeks flushing as she shyly smiled:

"Maybe... after this trip, I'll have to get used to having someone always by my side, loving and taking care of me. But just don't forget to take care of these hands, okay?"

Engfa couldn't help but laugh, pulling Charlotte into a warm embrace, a happiness too overwhelming to describe:

"You don't know how much joy you give me, Charlotte... I'll do everything, I'll always take care of myself for you. Thank you for always being here with me, through all the storms."

Charlotte giggled in Engfa's arms, feeling peaceful and safe, as if all the past hardships had faded away. Amidst the gentle sound of the waves and the cool breeze, she whispered:

"Engfa, no matter what happens, I'll always be here. Being with you is my happiness."

Engfa smiled, placing a soft kiss on Charlotte's hair, inhaling the familiar, gentle scent of her. She squeezed Charlotte's hand, feeling as if the whole world was just the two of them, a love steady and deep, unshaken by anything.

Charlotte tilted her head, her eyes filled with curiosity and surprise. She furrowed her brows, asking in a half-joking, half-serious tone:

"But how come you have time to rest now? Isn't your work very busy? I remember before, whenever I mentioned going on a holiday, you always said your schedule was too tight to make time for it."

Engfa laughed at Charlotte's curiosity. She gently took Charlotte's hand, her eyes holding a mix of contemplation and playfulness:

"Yes, I used to be very busy. But now, I'm on leave, so I decided to spend all my time on this holiday. I want to make it up to you, Charlotte. All the times before when you had to wait for me and suffer... now, it's time I put you above everything else."
