Engfa sluggishly woke up, still feeling a bit drowsy after last night's whirlwind of emotions. She looked at the clock, startled to see that it was already 9 a.m. Smiling softly at waking up later than usual, she murmured to herself:

"It's rare for me to sleep in like this... must have been because of last night..."

After quickly freshening up and having breakfast, Engfa hurried to the military base to meet Wan. On the way, images of Charlotte in her gorgeous dress floated through her mind, bringing a smile to her face. But she tried to focus, knowing Wan was waiting for her.

Leaving the military base, Engfa noticed the sun was already high, and the early morning chill had given way to warm sunshine. The green trees along the road occasionally dropped a few yellow leaves, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Birds chirped from the trees, mingling with the sounds of traffic and locals preparing for a new workday. This morning seemed more vibrant as Engfa read a message from Charlotte, filling her with anticipation and eagerness to see her close companion again.

Meanwhile, Charlotte and Marima had been at the market since early morning, laughing and choosing fresh specialties and ingredients. Charlotte beamed, her eyes bright with happiness. Marima couldn't help but tease:

"Charlotte, you look like someone who just... fell in love, doesn't she?"

Charlotte laughed, her cheeks slightly flushed but still trying to look composed:

"What are you talking about, Marima? I'm just in a good mood."

Marima shook her head, smiling mischievously:

"You can't fool me. Last night, you came back late, and now you look radiant... I wonder who could make someone as calm as you change so much..."

Charlotte giggled, then turned to select some fresh vegetables:

"Oh, come on, don't read too much into it. Here, help me pick some vegetables. I'm planning a special lunch."

Marima nodded, helping Charlotte while whispering:

"A special lunch today? Was there a secret date last night?"

Charlotte just smiled, not answering, letting Marima continue her guessing.

Charlotte and Marima finished shopping. The market buzzed with the aroma of street food – from the delicious smell of baked goods to the spicy scent of fried dishes. Vendors cheerfully offered fresh produce, while the elderly leisurely picked out goods, and children ran around, laughing innocently.

Marima laughed and pulled Charlotte to a nearby café. When they arrived, there were already a few customers coming and going. The café's warm and lively atmosphere was filled with bustling staff preparing drinks and serving with cheerful smiles.

Tuni and Ani had arrived early and were busy cleaning. Seeing Charlotte and Marima enter, Tuni laughed and teased:

"Oh my, our ladies are glowing today. What's going on to make you look even more beautiful?"

Charlotte laughed and shook her head:

"Tuni, what are you saying? It's just an ordinary day."

Marima chimed in, not missing the chance:

"Charlotte's been cheerful all morning, smiling like a princess who just found her happiness!"

Tuni and Ani joined in the laughter. Ani leaned close to Charlotte, asking softly:

"Charlotte, what did you do last night to look so happy today?"

Charlotte blushed but tried to stay composed:
