After leaving the temple, the two of them stopped by The Secret Garden restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere there was refreshing and spacious, with lush green trees casting cool shade, and the sound of birds chirping harmonizing with the gentle breeze, creating a relaxing and peaceful ambiance.

Engfa looked at the menu, then turned to Charlotte, her eyes lighting up with excitement:

"Have you tried any dishes here? I've heard the Pad Thai here is really good!"

Charlotte laughed and replied:

"I've tried it many times, but eating here will definitely have a different flavor. I heard the ingredients here are very fresh."

They chose traditional Thai dishes and enjoyed each one together, from Pad Thai, Tom Yum, to Som Tum. Each dish offered a unique taste experience, with rich flavors and distinctive spices that made both of them fall even more in love with Thai cuisine.

After lunch, Engfa joined a traditional cooking class. She attentively listened to the chef's instructions, following each meticulous step, from choosing ingredients to seasoning. Charlotte stood beside her, cheering her on and occasionally teasing her when Engfa accidentally added too many chilies.

"Sister Engfa, are you trying to make it so spicy that only you can eat it?" Charlotte laughed, teasing while watching Engfa hurriedly correct her mistake.

Engfa chuckled, blushing with embarrassment:

"Oh my, I didn't realize cooking would be... this difficult!"

At the end of the class, the afternoon was already transitioning into evening. They both headed to the famous Baan Haad Rin restaurant for dinner. The restaurant was decorated in traditional Thai style, offering a cozy yet luxurious feeling. The lively atmosphere, with many international tourists, filled the air with conversation and laughter, creating a warm and joyful scene.

Engfa and Charlotte sat by the window, looking out at the sea. The sunset cast its golden rays over the water, shimmering brightly.

"The view here is really beautiful," Charlotte sighed, her voice full of contentment. "Don't you think today has been perfect?"

Engfa took Charlotte's hand under the table, her gentle gaze responding:

"Yes. For me, every moment with you is truly memorable."

Charlotte smiled, feeling the sincerity in Engfa's eyes. They enjoyed their meal together, chatting with the tourists around them, listening to stories about their journeys. The evening passed in harmony and complete joy, leaving both of them with unforgettable memories.

After dinner, as the lights of Koh Samui began to shine brightly, Engfa and Charlotte drove towards Charlotte and Marima's house. The night air was calm, with a gentle breeze flowing through the leaves, and the roads still smelled faintly of the sea. Charlotte sat quietly in the car, occasionally looking out the window, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful island.

When they arrived in front of Charlotte's house, Engfa stopped the car. Charlotte turned to her, her eyes full of gratitude:

"Thank you, Sister Engfa, I had such a great time today. We really had a wonderful day, didn't we?"

Engfa smiled, her gentle gaze on Charlotte:

"I'm happy that you enjoyed the trip. You are important to me, so I want to share all the good things with you."

Charlotte blushed slightly, warmth spreading through her heart. She opened the car door, ready to get out, but before leaving, she hesitated and looked at Engfa:
