The day of the reveal came faster than Leah expected.

Morning — 08:00 AM
Leah was already awake.
Not by choice.
She was kneeling on the bathroom floor again, one hand braced against the wall, the other gripping the edge of the sink as her body forced everything up.
"Fuck—"
Lilly was there instantly, like always now.
Hand in her hair. Other hand steady on her back.
"Easy... breathe," Lilly murmured.
Leah shook her head, coughing, exhausted. "I hate this... I hate this so much..."
"I know."
Another wave hit.
Stronger.
It took longer this time for it to pass, and when it did, Leah just stayed there, slumped against Lilly, completely drained.
"I don't think I can do today," she whispered.
Lilly's grip tightened slightly.
"You can," she said quietly. "We'll take it slow."
Leah laughed weakly. "I'm meant to kick a ball and not throw up in front of everyone."
"Then we'll make sure you don't."
Leah leaned her head back against her. "...I don't even care about the reveal right now."
Lilly didn't take that personally.
She just pressed a kiss to her temple. "Let's get you through the morning first."

11:30 AM — Getting Ready
Leah sat on the edge of the bed in an oversized hoodie, staring at the outfit laid out for her.
Simple.
Comfortable.
Nothing tight.
She looked... small.
Lilly stood in front of her, tying her own tie, already dressed in a clean suit — sharp, controlled, calm on the outside.
"You don't have to stay long," Lilly said.
Leah nodded. "I know."
"You feel sick?"
"Yes."
"Manageable?"
"...maybe."
Lilly stepped closer, crouching slightly in front of her.
"Hey."
Leah looked at her.
"You don't push today," Lilly said firmly. "The second you feel off, we step away. Yeah?"
Leah nodded.
"...yeah."
Lilly softened, brushing her thumb lightly across Leah's cheek. "Good."

02:00 PM — The Reveal Setup
The backyard was full.
Spring light, soft breeze, flowers everywhere.
Laughter. Music. People talking.
