Part 22

Lilly's POV:
After last night Leah and I decided to go out for the night to local pub. She dressed beautifully in a black slip dress and I just a just chucked some black dress pants and button up shirt on.

We arrived at the pub only to see Beth and viv there have some drinks themselves. Not gonna lie I wasn't excited. I'm not trying to say I don't like them or the others because I do. A lot. But I'm just not in the mood to see anyone or talk to anyone else aside from Leah.
Leah grabs my hand and smiles at me as we walk over to say hi.

"Heyyyyyyy" Beth practically shouts at us jumping on Leah hugging her then me. We hug Beth and then viv and say our hellos. While Leah is talking to Beth, viv comes and talks to me.

"How are you going?" Viv asks as if she knows im not okay
"Yeah, im really good. How are you?" I say knowing im lying straight through teeth
"Are you sure? Leah said you've been going through some stuff and that she is worried about you" viv said
"Oh did she? Look I am going through some stuff but honestly im okay. I promise" I said once again lying straight theough my teeth
"Just know im here for you" she said patting my shoulder
"Thanks viv" I said smiling slightly

I feel my phone buzz and see it's the cap calling.Weird it's Friday night

I turn Leah and lowly say that my cap was calling and that I would be outside if she needed me. 
"Okay baby. Be safe" she said kissing me passionately
"Always" I said kissing her back
Beth ofocurse whistles at us and we both just chuckle

I head back outside and call the boss back

"Hey cap. Everything okay?"
"Hey champ. I need you to come in tomorrow morning please. We have a new mission and I need your help"
"Uh yeah of-course I can. 8am okay?"
"Perfect see you then"
"Night"
Night"

I hung up the phone. Sighed knowing I would have to leave Leah and Katie again. I really don't know what is going on but she won't talk to me. As if I've done something but I seriously don't know what I've done

I head back in a go back to the girls grabbing Leah's hand, sitting at the bar and just staring at whiskey Leah got me while trying to get my head to calm down.

"Are you okay?" Le asked walking in between my legs
At first I didn't hear her so she called my name
"Lilly?" She nudged me slightly and that got my attention
"Huh yeah. Are you okay baby? " I said checking her over making sure she was okay
"Lil! Babe I'm fine I'm fine. What's going on?"
"I think i need to go" I said tearing up not being able to control my emotions right now

"Yes ofcourse. I'll call an uber my love" she said getting her phone out straight away
We ended up walking outside so I could get some fresh air. We said bye to viv and Beth before leaving and while I have viv a hug she whispered "call me if you need anything. I mean it"
I just nodded and walked back to Leah grabbing her so tight as if she was gonna disappear

We got in the uber and went home
"Go get in the shower my love" Leah said locking up the doors and grabbing some water. I just nodded walking up the stairs to my room.
As I walked in I pulled off the shirt and sports bra I had on walking to the bathroom. I too my pants off while looking in the mirror and catching a glimpse of the big scar on my lower abdomen. All of a sudden the memories came flooding back filling my head of all the screams and cries of little kids and women in Afghan during the bombing attacks. They were calling for help and we couldn't do much. I was bleeding out trying to help this little kid who got her leg blown off. She was screaming and a crying bleeding all over me mixing with my own blood.

The sound of Leah and an Irish voice yelling my name got me out of it. She was standing there wide eyed and scared along side Katie teared up. Ilooked in the mirror and saw I was balling my eyes out without making any noise or even know I was.

Leah's POV:
I head into the kitchen to grab some water for the both of us watching Lilly go upstairs. I'm really getting worried. I know she has ptsd but with Katie not talking to her I think some stuff has set her off. I shake my head sighing and head up to the room. I walk in see her shirt on the floor Bur I don't hear the shower. I walk into the bathroom and see lilly in her boxers staring fully still but shaking at the same time woth her eyes just seeming down with tears. I run over to her and try to hug her but she just stood there shaking and didn't even acknowledge that I was there.

"Lilly!!" I called pver and pver. I got so scared. I've not dealt with this before. I grabbed my phone and called Katie because I know she knows how to deal with this.

"Hey Le" katie answered
"Katie!" I said
"What Whats wrong!" She yelled
"Please come help me Lilly is like im her head shaking and crying bur she won't answer me. It's like shes in another world. I don't know what to do" I cried into the phone
"Okah okah im coming" she said
I hung up the phone and went to grab a shirt for Lilly so Katie didnt see her chest. I somehow put it on her. I just kept calling her name trying to get her out of her trance but nothing
Idk why Katie is mad at Lilly. She hasn't done anything wrong. Katie is one of my best friends but her behaviour is ridiculous. Lilly is literally her sister.

Katie runs up stairs. Clearly still has the key.

"Im here. Oh god" she said wide eyed at the sight
"Not again lil. C'mon" she said
"Whats going on?" I asked
Shes in a trance. We need to get her out
Okay" I said back

After a a lot of yelling we managed to pull Lily out of her trance. She looked at us wide eye not knowing what's happened. She looked back in the mirror seeing that she was fully bawling her eyes out.

She looked at Katie and I and broke down falling to the floor. We both went to her and held her as she cried mumbling how sorry she was for being like this and that she shouldn't be here and how she couldn't save everyone. I'm guessing she means the people who dies on missions. The part that got me and Katie was when she started saying she wanted her mum and dad back and her brothers. I started to cry and so did Katie. After a while Lilly calmed down and was just laying on my chest playing with my necklace while holding Katie's hand tightly.

After the bit of silence we heard a little voice
"Why do you hate me all of a sudden" Lilly lowly said to Katie
"Im sorry Lilly. I really am. Ruesha is being so much right now and doesn't want us hang in out or talking. I didn't know what to do. I'm so sorry" Katie cried to Lilly squeezing her hand
"I thought you hated me. I can't lose you Katie. I can't" lil sobbed into both of us. I could tell she wanted to hug Katie but she was scared of letting me go.

After a while we managed to get Lilly of the floor and into the shower with both of us still there.

"Can you come in" I heard from the shower
"Yeah ofcourse"
Katie left theb bathroom and I got in with Lilly going straight to hug her.

I've never seen Lilly like this and I know she will be struggling at the fact I have seen it. But I don't care if she is bawling her eyes sobbing for me. It doesn't put me off her. She is my everything. My world. I love her too much to not care for her endlessly.

After the shower Katie and I get Lilly into bed with both of us sliding in beside her sandwiching her in. Katie decided to tell her gf that she was staying her to make sure her sister is okay. Ruesha wasn't happy bout that but oh well. We all fell asleep with Lilly im my chest and Katie right behind her.
