HANNA POV

It's Sunday and I haven't seen Aiden since our moment, eating with his mom was not strange but I left the moment I could.

I can't still feel his touch on me and I can't think about it without getting hot.

I needed a distraction so right now I'm sprawled out on the couch with Lucy.

My dad is away for the weekend, giving me some privacy and I can have some girl time with my bestie.

As the day stretches on, my phone buzzes with a text from my mom.

I glance at the message, sigh, and decide to ignore it. Today, I don't want to deal with her. She hasn't stop texting me saying she's sorry and wants to talk to me.

"Hey, Hanna," Lucy says, nudging me with her elbow. "What if the boys join us? It could be fun."

I mull it over for a moment before nodding. "Sure, why not?" Let's welcome my distraction here....

Lucy sends a quick text, and soon enough, there's a knock at the door.

Jake, Max, and Aiden file into the living room, bringing an air of energy with them.

"Home sweet home" Max says as he flops into the couch, right where I was sitting

Aiden groans and pushes him to the other side

"I'm gonna prepare some popcorn, is that ok?" Jake asks me like he needs too. I nod and return to my seat.

After some minutes Jake is back with food for all of us and he sits right beside Lucy, giving her a soft kiss before eating something.

"What movie are we watching?" Jake asks

"We're not watching another action movie," Lucy declares, crossing her arms.

"Yeah, we're picking this time," I add, backing her up.

"Oh, come on!" Max groans"I wanna see some blood not some girl falling in love in some cliche way"

"And if I say this has some spicy scenes?" I ask

"Maybe" he says "but still no. Como on guys, back me up" he turns to Aiden and Jake but they just shake their heads and with that the girls win, and we settle on a rom-com.

As the movie starts, Aiden sits next to me. I offer him part of my blanket, and after a moment of hesitation, he accepts.

His body tenses for a moment when I slide my hand into his, but then he squeezes back, and we both relax. I want to test if I feel the same thing of yesterday and it's even better. He doesn't even flinches when I put my head over his shoulder.

The warmth of his touch is comforting, and soon, we're snuggling close.

"Am I dreaming?" Max says, looking at us with wide eyes.

Jake and Lucy exchange amused glances. "So, you two are dating?" Jake asks, raising an eyebrow.

Aiden freezes, his eyes locking with mine. There's a heartbeat of silence, and then I smile at him. He leans in to kiss me softly, and the world seems to melt away.

"I shouldn't," he murmurs against my lips "I don't wanna hurt you"

"I want to," I whisper back.

"Please, just date already," Lucy says, exasperation clear in her voice.

Aiden nods, and we both laugh. "I feel like I'm witnessing a wedding," Max jokes. "You can kiss the girlfriend."

Aiden pick a pillow and threw at Max but he picks it up and lays down on it.
