After fleeing Aurora's mansion, Hope, still in Aurora's body and Aaron came up with the plan to regather themselves and figure out a way to switch Hope and Aurora back. The two emerged from the woods and into what looked like a cross between a painting class and a birthday party. Aaron wasn't entirely sure as he was focusing on trying to stop Riven from getting distracted. As the two walked, Aurora/Hope quickly grabbed a jacket hanging on the back of a chair and put it on.

She then quickly grabbed a pair of sunglasses lying around and placed them in her pocket before finally grabbing a worn baseball cap, placing it on her head. Aaron wasn't sure why she was doing this but he assumed it was to disguise herself if Aurora was around. Aurora/Hope's phone began ringing, so she pulled it out and answered the call, placing the phone to her ear. "Have you acclimated to your new body yet?" Hope/Aurora's voice was heard on the other end. Aaron and Aurora/Hope exchanged an annoyed look.

"I must admit, I'm absolutely loving mine." Hope/Aurora added. "Don't get too used to it, Aurora." Aurora/Hope's retorted. "Or what? You and your boyfriend will keep running away? There's nowhere to run that I won't find you." Hope/Aurora answered back. "You're bluffing." Aurora/Hope spoke. "Are you sure I'm not right behind you? Or am I miles away? Not knowing can drive you a little crazy. Try as you might, you'll never see me coming." Hope/Aurora spoke before the line went dead. "I'm gonna kill her." Aaron muttered. "Not if I get her first." Aurora/Hope spoke before the two walked on.

Restaurant

Sat in a fancy, little restaurant, Hope/Aurora was sat in a corner table, the window beside her and a glass of red wine in front of her. She placed the phone down on the table, resting her hand on the table. Suddenly, a red oak stake was stabbed straight through her hand. She groaned at the sudden pain shooting through her hand before looking up and seeing Lizzie sat opposite her, her hand clutched around the stake. "Hope Andrea Mikaelson. I was hoping we'd have a chance to chat." Lizzie said. "You're making a terrible mistake." Hope/Aurora told Lizzie, who twisted the stake slightly.

"I'm not who you think I am." Hope/Aurora groaned. "Tell me about it. I thought you were a good person who was my friend. Guess I missed all the psycho murderer red flags. And looking back, there were many." Lizzie said as Carter approached the table, sitting down next to Lizzie, placing a plate with a slice of cake down. Lizzie frowned at the plate before looking at Carter. "What? I got hungry and it was at a good price." Carter shrugged before grabbing a fork and beginning to eat the cake.
