After driving for what felt like centuries, the four found themselves outside a carnival in the middle of a clearing just off the highway. During the drive, Hope and Aaron agreed to help Lizzie and Carter. Even though Aaron still wasn't on speaking terms with Hope, he still agreed Lizzie and Carter needed help. Aaron stopped the car, looking out the window. "Ok. Let's do this and get it over with already." Hope said before climbing out of the car. Lizzie sighed before following suit.
Just as Carter went to open the door in his side, Aaron used his magic to lock to doors. "Uh, Aaron..." Carter said, looking to his friend. The engine turned back on and Aaron quickly drove away, leaving Hope and Lizzie at the carnival. "What are you doing? Is this technically classed as an abduction?" Carter asked confused. "Probably, yeah. But we're not doing that stupid carnival thing. Screw that. I've got a better idea." Aaron told him. "Which is?" Carter asked causing Aaron to smirk. "You'll see." He answered.

After driving for about 20 minutes, Aaron pulled into a roadside diner, parking the car and hearing the car engine shut off. Since Aaron didn't have the keys to the car, he was using his magic to make the car run. Therefore, all he had to do was just think and the car did what he wanted. "Why are we at a diner?" Carter asked. "We are here because a diner is a great place to learn control. You already have the strength down from being a werewolf so you've already got some experience there, which is great. We don't really need to work on that. Speed is another different story. Even though werewolves already have a slight enhancement on their speed, that's now been enhanced even higher. So that needs some work. Compulsion is simple. Senses is an easy do. Like I said, bloodlust is something I can't even help myself with." Aaron spoke.
Carter nodded as he listened, trying to ignore literally every single sound surrounding him. "Also, I'm hungry and I don't feel like draining someone dry of all their blood. So, let's do this." Aaron added before climbing out of the car, Carter quickly following after him. The two walked into the diner, the bell above the door ringing, making their presence known. The two made their way to an empty booth, sitting down opposite each other. Aaron grabbed the menu, looking it over as Carter looked around, his senses going into overload.
