Mikha pursed her lips, taking a few steps to stand in front of Aiah. Looking down she could see that Aiah's right ankle was wrapped in a lot of white bandages, but it was mostly covered by her dress. Enough that if she wasn't looking carefully, she wouldn't have spotted it.

After noticing what she was looking at, Aiah explained. "Today, I sprained my ankle at work."

Mikha asked, "Can you walk?"

Seeing Mikha worried, Aiah went along with it, shaking her head and pitifully saying, "If I move, it hurts."

Mikha stretched out an arm.

Aiah finally got to touch her hand.

It felt even better than she'd imagined. Hard, steady, and firm. Giving her a sense of

safety and stability just holding it.

A few steps later Mikha slowed down. "There's plenty of people in there, bend your head down."

Aiah obediently lowered her head into Mikha's shoulder. Mikha didn't have any smell, just the dry cleaning scent left on the suit.

The people at the seat stared wide-eyed at the two people walking over.

Aiah was already a little experienced with meeting Mikha's friend. She smiled as she sat down. "Hi, I'm Mikha's friend."

Crew cut guy let out an 'Oh'. Then added "I've heard of you, yeah, you're the one with really high alcohol tolerance right?"

"My tolerance is actually pretty low," Aiah said humbly. Noticing that this crew cut guy was a little unfamiliar, she asked, "Were you there that day?"

"No, I heard them say so," Crew cut answered, as he laughed. "They said she

has long legs and is really pretty. I took one look and knew it's you."

Aiah smiled even more sweetly.

Mikha then asked, "How did you know I was here?"

Aiah glanced at Colet, who gave her a look.

She coughed once. "It's just coincidence, yeah coincidence."

"...."

Just when she finished speaking, the waiter brought up a few lobsters. Aiah looked at the lobsters bigger than her face and found her mouth watering.

On the table a phone lit up, Mikha instinctively glanced at it before realizing that it was not her phone.

[Old Witch: When you're sleeping don't put pressure on your leg, remember what you're not supposed to eat, tomorrow I... ]

She didn't see anything after that. The notification screen dimmed out.

Aiah swallowed her saliva, picked up her fork and took a piece of... carrot.

She was about to put it in her mouth when she felt a familiar warmth on her hand and someone pressed her hand back.

Aiah paused. "What is it?"

Mikha looked at the lobster meat surrounding the carrot and said, "Don't eat that."

"Hey, why aren't you letting her eat?" Colet, sitting across from them, looked completely befuddled. "Don't be too polite, eat as much as you want. Oh right, can we exchange contacts?"

Aiah placed down her fork. "Alright." It's unclear who she was answering.

Throughout the meal, all Aiah did was sip at her water and listen to the crew cut guy making small talk with Colet. Mikha occasionally cut in a few sentences and occasionally glanced at her.
