After settling everything, the first thing Aiah did was move.

Mikha didn't ask anything. That very day, she packed and took her back to the little villa. Having stayed at a place for many years, it's troublesome to pack. It took her one day to move everything.

Back in Mikha's home, Aiah took a shower and got into bed. These few days she's really too tired.

Half asleep, she received a call from Maloi.

Hearing her voice, Maloi said, " -did I disturb your sleep?"

"No, I haven't slept yet. What's the problem?"

"Although I know I shouldn't be saying this now, I need to ask you, when can you return to the set?" Maloi paused. "You're the female lead. Without you, they are having a hard time continuing to film. Although Miss Sandra didn't hurry us, we should be more aware too."

"I know. I forgot to tell you I will be back tomorrow."

"Tomorrow? Why? That's so soon?"

Aiah tugged lightly on the corner of her lips. "Aren't you calling to make me go back to the set? Now you're the one upset and not wanting me to go back to the set! Make up your mind, woman!" Jennie added teasingly.

"Well, you can take a few more days off, I just think it's too soon tomorrow."

"No need, there's nothing for me to do on my own anyway."

Maloi nodded. "Fine, then tomorrow I'll go pick you up. Hey, didn't you say you're moving, when? I'll help you."

"I already moved, I'm at Mikha's house now. I'll send you the address, come pick me up from here tomorrow."

"— I really admire your ability to get things done."

"Anything else?"

"Nothing, see you tomorrow." After saying that, Maloi was about to hang up.

"Wait!" Aiah called out to her. "If Krystal tries to contact you in the future, ignore her."

"Got that, relax."

The call ended, and Mikha just happened to return from the office room.

Aiah put her phone aside and Mikha got onto the bed, circling her waist from behind. "Let's sleep."

Aiah turned around and nestled against her neck, picking a position she felt the safest in. "These few days, you've been spending so much time running around with me, did all your work accumulate again?"

"The company won't die without me. Before, it was because I'd just gotten into the position and it's more troublesome. I had to learn and be familiar with so many things at once. Now I'm no longer as busy." She added, "I can accompany you anytime."

Aiah nodded.

Mikha rubbed her head. "Come back with me for the New Years?"

The room went silent for a long time.

Aiah cosied up on her neck. "There's a rule, well more of a superstition, in Lapu-Lapu that if there's a death in the family, they can't really celebrate the holidays, or join parties, they might bring bad luck to others."

She wasn't superstitious, but now, she just really want to do something for Liam. Even if it was just a superficial thing.

Mikha lightly agreed and didn't force it. "I got it, go to sleep."
