"Ah, Molly; What a surprise, how are you doing?"
Molly smiled,"Well, I'm just getting use to this new position and clearing out the house. . . I wanted to ask about The Previous Mayor, and the last Theme Park. . . If that is alright with you and Mr Peterson.", Diana and Theodore looked at one another, he nods and Diana offers to put on some tea.

"I see. . ."
Mr Peterson nods,"Yeah, I have a horrible habit of working with awful people but. . . They sabotaged my rides, gave me impossible deadlines and threats, other things. . .", Molly nods,"It must have been awful.", Theodore nods, putting the tea down,"We pulled through eventually, but I took a break from building rides and just designed them.", Molly nods, sipping the tea,"Well, are you thinking about getting back into manufacturing rides?", Theodore nods,"Yes, definitely but. . . Don't know where to start.", Molly fiddled with the cup,"Actually. . . I was wondering if you'd be interested in remaking the theme park.", Theodore and Diana were stunned.
"See, we're taking down the fair and I looked at the Theme Park, I could see your passion for your work in each ride; You don't have to agree as your last experience, but I will make sure your rides are protected and you have proper deadlines.", Theodore was stunned, processing the idea of getting to redo the park is something he wanted to do, but,"Are you sure?", "Of course; I see your passion and I trust you, if you'd like to help out with taking down the Fair grounds that would be nice. . . You have the right to say no, of course.", Theodore and Diana looked at one another.

Theodore paced the kitchen.
"I think you should do it Theodore; You did say you wanted to get back into making rides."
Theodore nods,"Yes, and it would nice to remake the ride now that I'm promised a better environment to work with and in, destroying the fair. . .", Mya and Aaron peaked in,"You should do it Dad!", "Yeah!", with support from his kids and Diana, Theodore weighed the Pros and Cons.

Keith opened the book that was left open in the desk.
Filled with pictures, cult stuff that he needed an expert on but each page was filled with information or pictures of neighbours and the children.

Keith turned a page.

'The Petersons'

'Keep an eye on every Peterson, each person of this family are capable of something and especially: Especially Theodore Peterson.'

And this made sense, that blacknote Robert wrote talked about the bullying they put Theodore through and Franklin's Death, even Theodore confirmed it so. . . Maybe they were worried about revenge?
Keith flipped through the pages, each one detailing everyone's background, criminal history and their capabilities.
He paused on one page.
Everyone had a few pictures of them, taken obviously without their knowledge so stalking and spying, but Keith found that Nicky's page had an abnormal amount of pictures, of him.

'Keep a VERY close eye on him, he's very close to The Petersons; Don't hurt him, don't kill him.'

Keith closed the book, now he was certain something else was going on in-between all this but, he wouldn't get an answer out of the Mayor Or Leslie, Leslie especially who was practically losing his mind.
