Luanne nods,"It's no problem, they're welcome over any time.", Mr Peterson was tense, he really appreciated the Roths letting Mya and Aaron stay with then until the doors replaced and locks.
"It hasn't left my mind. . . I'm not a heavy sleeper, the opposite as I can. . . Hear a lot, so. . . I don't see how, Crowface, I'm calling him that cause of the costume, would know the house so well."
Mr Peterson pointed across the street,"Even I still get turned and that's my childhood home.", that was odd, for a person to able to do that.
"Maybe. . . Well, no one has lived in that house for years until we did; Maybe Crowface and their team were looking for something just got to know the ins and outs of the house?", Diana shrugged, biting her nail a little,"I'm not sure, I'm trying to think of any reason. And to trash the house over a notebook?", Mr Peterson nods,"Mean. . . They tore up the house for worse.", Diana nods, Luanne folded her arms,"But still, risking your cover for a notebook, if it's information about themselves.", Jay titled his head,"Probably so no one else could obtain it. There had to be something available in there, hence the need to get it.", Mr Peterson nods,"Exactly, and these people. . . They won't hold back, they were willing to burn down a house and hurt, kill the kids to get what they want.", the parents looked at the living room.
Nicky was passed out, with Aaron and Mya; They had a long day, from school, to being chased, to police asking questions before the three of them crashed on the sofa.

"I think it might be wise to install some security cameras, just to be safe Jay."
Mr Peterson nods,"Both inside and outside, again to be safe as I'll be turning my CCTV footage over to Keith for the investigation.", Luanne nods, Jay made a mental note to get some cameras for the house.

Aaron closed his locker,"Thanks again, it's real nice of your family to let me and Mya stay.", Nicky smiled,"No problem Aaron.", "And uh, I'm really sorry I put you through that, we should have left the house and called the police, I just-", Nicky shook his head,"It's fine, Aaron; While it was scary, no one could predict that was gonna happen and it wasn't the worst thing in the world.", behind Nicky, slowly but surely they entered the reality, looming over defenceless Nicky and Aaron, both oblivious to what's happened.
"You didn't know what was gonna happen and you were thinking of making sure everything in the house was fine."
The shadow raised it's arm, slowly creating larger clawed hands.
And struck Nicky-
Only for their arm to go through Nicky, no acknowledgement or notice.
"If anything, it wasn't the worst. . . Sure it was scary, but I just imagined it was my uncle chasing me in a costume."
Aaron smiled,"That's actually really wholesome.", The shadow, realising their lack of impact on the real world and on the boy, it shrieked in anger, fading away.

On the roof, Trinity, Enzo, Ivan, Maritza and Delory were having a meeting.
"And that's what happened."
Maritza shuddered,"That sounds scary.", "It was. . . I managed to get some pictures of the notebook before I gave it to Keith.", Trinity held up the phone,"I'll send you guys the pictures.", Delory titled his head, folding his arms and leaning against the fence,"Shouldn't we leave it to the adults? Didn't you guys get in trouble last time you went against them, now you wanna go against them again, and against their leader or God?", Enzo shrugged,"I mean, in our defence, we're doing this to also defend ourselves if we see it again.", Maritza made a face at her brother, calling her brother on this bull since he's only doing this because Trinity was taking lead, anyone else; He would be a coward.
What a simp.
"I still think Mr Murtaugh might be suspicious, I mean he does have access to our files, he does experiments in his own time and has easdropped and peaked in classrooms and student conversations."
"Just be careful next Thursday Ivan, they know the Buzz Saw was an accident but don't go jumping to conclusions."

From beyond the roof door, Finch was listening in and was growing more and more curious about everything, she was going to find out why the animals are acting weird and maybe what they were looking into might be an answer to what she was looking into.

The Raven flew into the window, perching on Crowface's hand, they pulled the Raven close as it seemed to chirp and squack.
"Ah. The school."
Crowface nods, petting the bird,"Guess our next stop will be the school.", Beatrix glared through her the bars of her cage,"Quentin is going to find me! And they'll stop you! Even if it's the last thing we do.", Crowface just laughed, turning to her as he let the Raven eat,"If it's truly war you want, it's war you'll get.", Crowface approached the cell,"Just letting you know, this war is going to end with my hands around your neck.", Beatrix jumped back as he attempted to grab her.
