Chapter Eighty-Seven: Battle In The Jungle!

"Ohayou Sekai... GOOD MORNING WORLD!" The earth is shown overlooking the moon before the earth is zoomed up and the Perseus is shown floating on the ocean sea as the Kingdom of Science crew is shown before Hikari and Senku are shown with smiles on their faces. "I dunno just how long I have walked... Carried by the blisters on my feet... Whoa!" The Perseus Crew is shown arriving in America. "Telling the story of this path I've traveled. Crossing through the night that felt so long..." Hikari is shown looking up in shock before a gun is shown firing and Senku and Hikari are shown gasping in shock. "Dreaming a picture perfect scene WHOA! It has sustained me through my endless battle!" The Two ships are shown leaving before South America is shown on a map with two arrows connected to the ships. "To the peaks of the heavens... the palace, so lush and green... Rocks caves in the dark depths." The Kingdom of Science crew's shocked expressions are shown on their faces. "Horizon's ending! I'll travel through them all! So limitless!" Stanley, Xeno and Cora are shown standing together before Cora and Xeno are shown with the South America Exploration Crew. "To reach the boundaries of the earth!" The Split Crew are shown fighting against the American Crew on two sides. "OHAYOU SEKAI GOOD MORNING WORLD!" Asahi and Hyoga are shown back to back before Asahi's shocked face is shown. "Clear the darkness of the impossible!" Senku and Hikari are shown back on earth, reaching up for the moon. "Make legends come to life with just a wish on a star! On A Star!" Hikari is shown on the bow of the ship staring out at the horizon with tears in her eyes. "Guided by the will we've carried all along!" Hikari is shown appearing to gasp before she turns and the Kingdom of Science is shown looking at her. "Let's go explore the world!" Their makeshift globe is shown before Hikari is shown jumping into Senku's arms and she hugs him tightly and the title is shown.

[A Few Days Later]

"Um... why did we construct this crazy-fortified stronghold?" Gen asks.

"For the final battle against Stanley." Senku responds.

"Say whaaaat?!" Gen screams with Kimi, Luna and Suika.

"I'm thinking that Dr. Xeno was up to no good with our radio signal since Little Byakuya and I noticed his claw was slightly magnetized." Senku explains.

"You people planned to lure Stanley here so I don't see the harm." Xeno responds.

"You sped up the timetable - that's the harm." Hikari snaps.

"Xeno... I can't believe you. Can't you see that they're not enemies?!" Cora asks, "The past month and a half has been more like that past then the last three years! I thought you were finally back to being the Xeno that I grew up loving!" Everyone gets quiet as Cora stares angrily in tears at Xeno. Cora walks away and Mao, Emi, and Ava went with her to keep an eye on her.

"Aside from that..." Hikari states.

"HAHA! Of course! Because we desire the ship, right?" Ryusui exclaims.

"I'm afraid you lost me." Kohaku responds.

"Our next move involves crossing the Atlantic as we travel around the world. So we definitely need a proper seafaring vessel again." Ryusui continues.

"And the Perseus is our best and only option." Senku responds.

"We're out to beat Stanley and reclaim the Perseus. Meanwhile, he's out to murder us and reclaim Big Boss, Xeno." Hikari explains.

"Both sides have got a score to settle at the finish line of our big race." Senku continues. Hikari heads to check on Hyoga and Tsukasa.

"Bandage change, please tell me you have pants on." Hikari states.

"I don't." Tsukasa jokes.

"Whatever. I was a doctor." Hikari responds and goes over to Hyoga, "Not life threatening, but still injured." She sighs looking at his shoulder and then stands up to look at Tsukasa's shoulder.
