Chapter Ninety-One: Light & Dark - Two Scientists!

"Ohayou Sekai... GOOD MORNING WORLD!" The earth is shown overlooking the moon before the earth is zoomed in on before the petrified forms of everyone is shown all over the planet. "I dunno just how long I have walked... Carried by the blisters on my feet... Whoa!" Light Flashes and Byakuya and Suika are shown being revived. "Telling the story of this path I've traveled. Crossing through the night that felt so long..." Hikari, Senku and Little Byakuya are shown opposite Xeno, Cora and Stanley as Hikari holds out her hand to shake Xeno's hand. Xeno is shown reaching out to shake Hikari's hand. "Dreaming a picture perfect scene WHOA! It has sustained me through my endless battle!" The rocket ship is shown before the moon is shown with the evil Why-Man floating behind it. "To the peaks of the heavens... the palace, so lush and green... Rocks caves in the dark depths." Chrome, Suika, Cinder, Sai and Sumira are shown working on math equations. "Horizon's ending! I'll travel through them all! So limitless!" Sumira and Ava are shown sitting beside Ryusui and Sai as they play chess. "To reach the boundaries of the earth!" Ryusui is shown floating inside the rocketship with a grin and a snap. "OHAYOU SEKAI GOOD MORNING WORLD!" Hikari is shown standing across from Stanley's statue form and he's shown being revived. "Clear the darkness of the impossible!" Senku and Hikari are shown back on earth, reaching up for the moon. "Make legends come to life with just a wish on a star! On A Star!" Hikari and Senku are shown floating inside the rocket staring out at the Earth. "Guided by the will we've carried all along!" The group is shown facing off against Why-Man as Why-Man reveals himself and floats up in front of them. "Let's go explore the world!" The group is shown back on earth before Little Byakuya flashes to his adult form smiling at his parents and the title is shown as the light switch of the classroom is turned off.

[Later]

"Right. Since he lost consciousness... Hyoga himself had no way to realize that back there... he was really dead." Tsukasa states, "Enough time passed to be sure that my eyes didn't deceive me." Senku chuckles. Chrome was eavesdropping on them already.

"Your testimony is as good as gold, Tsukasa." Senku explains.

"So Hyoga was dead..." Hikari whispers and she gets tears in her eyes, "That explains how Asahi was feeling when he woke up."

"Actually ever since you snapped my neck and we put you into a cold sleep, I've been tossing around a hypothesis... Now we've got solid proof from this unplanned death defying experiment." Senku explains.

"Mh-hmm." Tsukasa breathes out.

"The petrification can even nullify death." Hikari confirms.

"Which means, at this very moment, we... the humans of earth all of us..." Senku begins.

"Are now immortal." Tsukasa continues.

"Why-Man's Dr. Stone... is a scientific taboo not meant for humanity... our own forbidden fruit..." Hikari states.

"The Medusa's light can even revive the dead... which means from this moment forth we and the rest of humanity have everlasting life." Tsukasa states.

[Earlier]

Chrome sat watching Kaseki cheerfully drinking tea and celebrating with the others. Cinder looks at Chrome and boops him on the nose. Chrome looks at her. She knew what he was thinking.

'To keep Kaseki alive a little longer... We actually could have left him petrified. I mean... if we revive him normally... Kaseki will pass on before the rest of us.' Chrome's thoughts say.

"I'll be back." Chrome tells Cinder.

"Okay, Chromy." Cinder says and smiles at him. Cinder starts talking with Ava.
