Time skip 1.5 weeks
Rachel POV
It's been the best week of my life, Ira and I are dating, Gura hasn't showed up in a while (guess he got tired of getting his but kicked), and did I mention that Ira and I are dating. We are walking back from school with the girls when Natalie walks around the corner "Hey girls... Ira." Oh no she doesn't know that I'm dating Ira yet, I drop his hand "H-hey Natalie." He says. She smiles "Sooo how'd your date go?" Ira stumbles and I tense "H-how d-did you k-know?" He's getting nervous, I rub his arm "Calm down babe." Natalie points at Maya "Maya sent the whole Glitter Force a picture of your kiss." I look at Maya who has a guilty look on her face "I was sleep deprived Rachel, I didn't know what I was doing!!!" I sigh "Fine." Then I look at Natalie, worried and grab Ira's hand "You're ok with it right?" She smiles "Of course I am!!!" Ira looks shocked and I am too, "I mean at first I was surprised but-" "Ira there you are we've been looking all over for you...what are you doing with these Glitter Brats"
Oh no, we turn around and see Marmo!!!
Ira POV
Who is this lady and how does she know my name I look at the girls confused but they are looking at the lady with worried faces I tap Rachel's shoulder "Babe is this girl on Gura's side cause that would explain why you all look like that"
Rachel nods "Y-yeah." "Then let's go, KANE!!!"
(A/N poor Ira thats not why they are looking at her like that)
We transform and the lady looks at me with a shocked face "So its true you did betray us." WHY DO ALL THE VILLAINS KEEP SAYING THAT?! "I have no idea what you're talking about, I don't even know you." The lady looks at the girls angrily "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?!" Rachel scowls "WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING, HE FORGOT ALL ON HIS OWN!" She slaps her hand over her mouth, eyes wide and the girls look at me.
"Rach what do you mean I forgot on my own...what else did I forget?" She looks down at her feet, "I'm sorry Ira." I look at my girlfriend, shocked I didn't think she kept anything from me, then I look at my best friend "Mack please tell me." "I-" Natalie glares at her and she closes her mouth.
"Fine you won't tell him then I'll show him." Says the lady. She makes an energy ball and blast me with it before I have a chance to react, I grab my head and fall onto my knees "AAAAAH!!!"
Rachel and Mack run up to me "IRA!!!"
(A/N this memory takes place when Mackenzie and the Princess are running to the mirror just pretend that Ira was following them, sit back this chapter is gonna be loooooong)
I can't believe dad would do this I get that he was trying to save Marie, but releasing The Darkness, how could he?!
"Ira come on we have to get to the mirror." Marie says, grabbing my arm. I run right behind her and Mack "I can't believe that- that traitor!" I say angrily. Marie looks at me "Don't blame him little brother, he's under the influence of The Darkness I just hope we can save him one day"
"At least you put him in that shell, now let's go!" Mack says. We are almost to the mirror when someone grabs me from behind and before I can yell for help I'm not even in the palace anymore
"Master I found him... I found your son." I look up to see, d-dad? NO that thing is not my father. "Excellent now go get my daughter." The monster says. No, Marie! The guy holding me teleports away and I fall on the floor "Leave my sister alone!"
"Come now son" the monster says "you can now stand by your father in world domination."
I stare daggers at the giant statue "YOU'RE NOT MY DAD AND I WILL NEVER FOLLOW YOU" I try to run but I'm frozen in place "You won't remember you even said that, in a few minutes you will be on my side" This confuses me "What, why?"
"Because you'll forget everything else, Marmo!" "On it sir." She blasts me with a ball of dark energy "AAAHH!!" I feel wings grow behind my ears.. hear the crack of the new bones ...it hurts..make it stop...my heart turns black...please make it stop...Marie help me.
Rachel POV
"Make it stop... Make it stop please." Mackenzie and I are on either side of Ira holding him as he shakes and cries about whatever memory Marmo has him trapped in, I. am going. to murder her, I look at Mackenzie "He'll be ok right?"
We look at the heart on his sash, a little black dot appears "I hope so." We both hug him tighter
Ira POV
"Sounds like, you're in love." Marmo says. I scowl "Ew no I can't stand her!"
"Get outta here!" Gura yells. He throws me down the bowling lane and suddenly I'm flying in the middle of the ocean, lightning strikes and it hits me on the back
"That's not good."
Memory after memory hits me each one worse than the last. then I'm in a dark room I look up and see "M-marmo?" She throws her hands up "Finally you remember I thought that would never end. Now, I can give you two choices, I can make you forget you ever knew these glitter brats and we can go back to the way life was...or you can stay with them knowing that deep down they hate you for everything you did" My eyes widen "N-no they d-dont hate me." Tears fall down my face at the thought of Rachel or Mac hating me, my chest hurts "Ngh"
Marmo tilts her head, "Ira I can make all this pain go away, all you have to do is come with me"
She holds out her hand with an inviting smile. I reach out to take it then think better of it, this is exactly how my father thought and look at what happened to him, so I pull my hand back "No my father chose the darkness and now Splendorious is destroyed. I won't be like him no matter how much they might h-hate me"
She shrugs "Ok, you'll come around its in your DNA."
Mackenzie POV
Ira's heart is getting blacker every second and I start to worry "Come on Ira fight it." Rachel pleads!
"AAAHHH" More black spots appear "NO!" What is happening, Ira is the strongest person I know (besides me of course) Rachel is in tears and I'm not far behind "Come on you can do it." I say.
"No...I-I won't be like him" Ira mutters. The blackness gets smaller and my tears are gone, Rachel smiles a little "n-no matter how much they hate me." He starts crying then opens his eyes and sits up with a gasp, the blackness disappears and he looks at us "I-I'm s-so s-sorry."
He curls up in to a ball and cries even more "Y-you must h-hate me and don't blame you" Rachel lays her head on his shoulder "Oh Ira we don't hate you." I hug him, "Yeah, we could never." He looks up and wipes his tears with his sleeve "Really?" Natalie puts a finger up "actually I-" I give her a death stare ( seriously if looks could kill she would have been in a grave) that is not what Ira needs right now. Marmo rolls her eyes "I'm bored sooo imma just go but I'll be back to take you home Ira"
Ira looks up at her with an aggressive look "I already told you I'm never going back" She chuckles "We'll see." She smiles evilly and teleports away
