Ira POV
"Did you hear?" "He reconised a girl who was attacking us." "He must still have ties to all the villains." "Is he still evil?" I'm walking through the halls on my way to class, all anyone can talk about is how I reconised Kitty. They don't even care about how I blasted the distain and saved Luka. Mack looks at me with a worried face "You ok Ira?" I sigh. "All they care about is the person I used to be, not the person I am now." Rachel puts a hand on my arm "I know but they just have to get to know you" But will they even take that chance

Luka steps in front of me "How did it feel to see your teammate Ira?"
Nobody looks at us but I can tell that they're eavesdropping "She's not my teammate, she's just a girl I used to know." He smiles "So you admit that you know her, you're still evil!" I ball up my fists "I'm not evil!" People don't even have the decency to pretend they're not listening anymore, everyone is staring including the teachers. I shove a frustrated hand into my hair "Look Luka, I can't erase my past, all I can do is promise that I'm not that person anymore." The hallway goes silent
"You can believe me or not, just know that I spoke the truth." I walk away with the girls behind me.
Kitty POV
I'm standing in the shadows of the school watching Ira, that kid that I turned into a distain last time starts to pick on him "She's not my teammate, she's just a girl I used to know." Ouch, but it's just to keep his cover, right? "So you admit that you know her, you're still evil!" "I'm not evil!" My hands turn into fists, ok Ira overdoing it a little. He shoves a hand into his hair, he only does that when he's frustrated. "Look Luka, I can't erase my past, all I can do is promise that I'm not that person anymore." The hallway goes silent, and I smirk, he has their full attention "You can believe me or not, just know that I spoke the truth." It's been so long since I've seen him that I can't even tell if he's lying. I really hope he is.
Ira POV
After school Rachel and I are sitting in my room watching her favorite movie, Princess Bride
"bleah, are you watching a romance" We jump and when I look at the window and see Kitty, I relax "Whew it's only you." Rachel gives me a look "Only her!! She's a villain remember?" I pat her knee "That's who I used to be too, remember?" She relaxes and I turn back to Kitty "What's up Kit?" She steps forward.
Rachel POV
Kitty steps towards us and I pause the movie "I just wanted to talk to you alone." She glares at me, but I don't think Ira notices "But I see that you are occupied, I'll come back later." She backs up toward the window "Aw come on Kit, Rachel's cool." She twists her lips to the side as if she's thinking it over "Ok, I just wanted to know why you switched sides, I thought you wanted to serve the King."
It's quiet for a bit before Ira says
"I changed sides when I remembered who I really was." She steps forward "What triggered your memory?" He turns to me and smiles "Well... I fell in love" I smile back at him, and he turns back to Kitty "Even though we're on different sides of this war, we can still be friends. Right?"
He looks at her hopefully and she nods "Of course we can." She runs up to Ira and hugs him, he hesitates for a few seconds before hugging her back. After a while she pulls back and teleports away
"Huh, she finally passed teleportation." I grab his hand "Can we finish the movie now?" He smiles and kisses my head "Of course" I unpause it at my favorite part
"HELLO MY NAME IS INITO MONTOYA, YOU KILLED MY FATHER PREPARE TO DIE!!!"
Kitty POV
"AAGHH" I punch the wall, leaving a huge hole. Marmo starts to yell at me but I'm too angry to hear her. Rachel, Rachel, Rachel. IRA IS MINE!! I kick the wall, I will do anything to get him back. "I'll kill her, so that we can be together.
He will be mine!"
