I've always been worried about my soulmate. According to my mom, the second I was born, bruises and scratches started appearing on my body. So ever since I turned 14 I've been asking Ben to help find him. It's been a year and they've come up with nothing but he has to be somewhere in Auradon. "I'm sorry Jane but my parents haven't found anyone." Ben said for what felt like the 500th time. I pull up my sleeve and Ben gasps at the bruises and scratch marks, "He's in danger, Ben! These appeared this morning." Suddenly I gasp as I feel a sharp pain on my cheek. What was that? Ben stares with a worried expression and I turn towards a mirror. My eyes tear up when I see the bright red hand print on my cheek. "Find him, use the whole Auradon army if you need to!" I yell through tears "JUST FIND HIM BEFORE-" I cry out at a burning sensation in my ribs. No, he needs help "JANE!" Ben yells before the world starts to go black. "Find him..." I slur before falling into Ben's arms.

Chapter 1

Conor

I walk into Billy's, looking for Ash, things have been weird between
us since the...thing that we did in New York. She's been missing practice and avoiding me. "Hey guys, you seen Ash?" Franklin looks up at me "You know what, I'm telling him" Wendell flicks him "No ya ding dong, we promised Ashley that she could tell him" I stare at them confused "Tell me what?" Wendell rolls his eyes "That she's quitting the team, duh" My eyes widen "WHAT ASHLEY CAN'T QUIT" Wendell punches Franklin "Way to go ya wuss, now he knows." Franklin looks at him "ME! YOUR THE ONE THAT TOLD HIM" I run out of the restaurant, leaving them to argue. I need to find Ash, she means the world to me, I can't let her leave. I run home and see her taking her stuff out of the game room "Ash?" She looks up in surprise "Oh hey Connor" I grab her arm to stop her. "What are you doing?"

It started with a late night visit

Ira POV

Ugh this is unbearable, it's been two days since the amnesia incident and I still can't sleep. Every time my head hits the pillow I think about Rachel, I mean that weird Glitter Girl. Why did she save me, Lord knows I wouldn't do it for her. "Ugh, just sleep" I say to myself "Stop thinking about her". I close my eyes and start to drift off, until I see her gorgeous face in my head. "UGHHH" I press my pillow on my face, why can't I stop thinking about her. I need to see her. I teleport into her room and see her rolling around in her bed. "Can't sleep either huh?"

Chapter 1

Layla POV
I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen, Mom is cooking breakfast "Morning mom" she turns and smiles at me "Hi sweetheart" I give her a hug, step into the living room and turn on the tv "Hey mom check this out" she pokes her head out of the kitchen door "What is it?" The tv answers before I can "Monster Mash! the number one energy drink!!"

Mom walks over and turns off the tv, her eyes are wide and her face is a bit pale "HEY! What the heck was that for?!" She laughs nervously "Ugh I hate those things, so much caffeine, you're never aloud to drink that"

I roll my eyes, she knows I'm allergic to caffeine "I know mom" she grabs me by the shoulders "I'm serious Layla, promise me you will never even think about drinking it.!" She's scaring me "I promise okay!"

She relaxes and lets go of me "Good well I'll see you when I get home from work."
She waves at me, I wave back
"k bye." She walks out and I lock the door behind her, well that was weird.
