Chapter 10

Marmo POV

I walk down to the dungeon to get Ira "lraaa it's time." No answer, oh well he's probably crying in a corner, I waltz to his cell ready to kill the little twit, when I see it, frick, I teleport to everyone else
"HE'S GONE!" "WHAT!!!" Regina and the King yell

Bel POV

"HOW COULD YOU LET HIM ESCAPE" The King shouts. I bow
"Sorry sir." "WE NEED HIM BACK!"
I smile as a truly wicked plan comes to me "I know how, all we need to do is give him a reason to come back like maybe..." I point to a picture of that blue glitter girl "The girl he loves."

Time skip 1 week
Ira POV

"I-a no weave!" I hug my little sister for the millionth time wiping her tears away "I'm sorry Dina but I have to go." It's me and Rachel's 1 month anniversary and I'm taking her out for dinner "Don't worry, Mack will take care of you."
I give her a pleading look, silently begging her to help me out. She smiles and holds out her arms
"Of course I will Dina." Dina smiles and flies to Mack, now's my chance, I quietly sneak out the front door. "Hey you." Rachel says with a smile. I smile and peck her lightly on the lips "Hey back, you ready?" She nods, "Yep."

Time skip to after their date

Rachel POV

We are sitting at the beach on a blanket, under the tree where I found him. Ira passes me a small white box with a blue bow on top
"Ira, what's this?" He smiles "Just open it." I take off the lid and gasp, inside is a beautiful diamond necklace, he puts it on me. "Diamonds for my Diamond." Tears come to my eyes "I love it."
He brushes a hair from my face "And I love you." My eyes widen at the words and I kiss him passionately "I love you too."
"Sorry to interrupt this romantic moment" We look up to see... "Bel, I already told you guys that I'm not going with you." He takes his lollipop out of his mouth and smiles sinisterly, "Don't worry Ira, I'm not here for you." He snaps and suddenly I'm beside him tied with ropes made from dark energy, I scream in pain and Ira jumps up "RACHEL! LET HER GO YOU MONSTER!" The ropes tighten and I scream again, why was I foolish enough to leave Rory at home "Be at the hideout before sunrise or the girl dies." I give Ira a pleading look before Bel teleports us away.

Ira POV

This can't be happening, not to Rachel, I look at the sky "HAVEN'T WE SUFFERED ENOUGH, WHY WONT YOU LET US BE HAPPY."
( A/N: tisk tisk Ira, happiness doesn't make a good story 😈)
I gotta get to Rachel, I teleport home where the girls are playing with Dina, Maya looks up at me
"Ira, what's going on?" I start pacing "Bel came and t-took Rachel and i-if I don't get to her in 10 minutes they're gonna k-kill her." The girls jump up "WHAT!" I nod "We have to go b-before-"
Nope not even gonna finish the sentence, the girls take the hint and grab on to me, I teleport us directly to the base "Well well, you actually did show up, seems like Bel was right for once." Marmo says with a grin. I clench my fist,
"Where. Is. She." Marmo rolls her eyes and snaps. A mirror with an image of Rachel appears, chained up in the dungeon. I run to the mirror and bang on the glass "Rachel, RACHEL!" "She can't hear you, idiot." I turn to Marmo "Let her go." Marmo grins "Well we could trade, you for her." "Deal, just let her go." Mack turns to me
"Ira, No!" I hug her "Mack I have to, it's the only way to save her."
Marmo rolls her eyes "Ugh dramatic much, you have one minute to say goodbye to her, try anything and you both die." She snaps.

Regina POV

I'm in the dungeon guarding the glitter girl's cell when I hear it "Ira no you can't do this." Ira? I teleport into the shadows of the cell, the blue one is crying while she looks at Ira, he strokes her cheek, tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry" He chokes
"But I love you to much to let you die." Ugh love who needs it

Of course I love you Regina, you're my friend

No, get out of my head. I focus back on Rachel "but-" she says.
He cuts her off by kissing her, gross. I close my eyes, when I open them again they are just standing still. His hands are on her cheeks and their foreheads are together "I love you." She says. "I love you too, take care of my sister for me." Then she's gone, Ira looks directly at me and wipes his tears
"Ok Regina you can come out now." I step out pouting, "How did you know I was there?" He shrugs
"I suppose you're here to put me into these chains." I agree not wanting to reveal that I was spying, but as I'm chaining him up I can't help but ask "Why are you doing this, you could have just left her and kept on living, but instead you die for her." He smiles, light entering his eyes (weird considering his situation) "When you love someone you would do anything to keep them safe. I might die, but I'll die knowing that the girl I love is alive and that's good enough for me."

I ponder his words when I'm back in my room and I feel a small pang in my chest, no it can't be, I feel the pain again
Regina you're my best friend...

"NO, NO NOOO!! GET OUT OF MY HEAD YOU STUPID GLITTER GIRL!" I throw my pillow at the wall and see my mirror, my eyes blood red
