chapter 17

"What the hell was that?" Liam yells as he looks at the girl with the powers of a banshee in shock. Lydia was in shock as well. She managed to break loose of the dozen chains holding her against the wall and screamed, causing Doctor Stilinski to go flying to the other side of the room.

"That was The Wailing Woman." Stiles replied. He moved the metal table that Scott's body once laid on and moved it to hit Liam, knocking the young boy down and causing him to hold his stomach in pain.

"That's it! I'm killing all of you!" Malia screams then looks at Scott. Scott starts screaming and his eyes were filled with fear. "You'll be dead in less than five minutes. You'll die from shock." 

Allison stretched out her leg to touch Malia's foot and turned the rest of her silver. Malia turned into a statue of silver and Scott breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you."

"Derek! We need to leave! Take Kira!" Erica yelled as she held Liam get up. Lydia went to attack, but was knocked down by the forcefield Derek created. He untied Kira from the chains and grabbed Erica, Liam, and Doctor Stilinski before running out of the lab. Lydia unties Allison from her chains and the two girls work to get everyone else out.

"I don't know how you did that. Those chains somehow kept me from teleporting." Isaac told Lydia while he rubbed his wrists that were held in metal chains for over two hours.

"More importantly, what the hell are we suppose to do with Malia? She's literally a statue of silver!" Scott cried and pointed to the girl who was once alive and trying to kill Scott.

"I don't know! I don't have a plan for that!" Allison said.

"Guys, never mind about the statue. What are we gonna do about Stiles dad?" Lydia asks.

"And your brother." Isaac points out and Lydia rolls her eyes.

"And my brother."

"Well if a fight is what they want then a fight is what they get." Allison shrugs, "They're the ones who started this and we'll be the ones that end it."

"It can't be that easy." Stiles replies, "There's a bigger picture that we're not seeing."

"Okay, Lydia. You know your brother better than anyone. What do you think he's doing?" Isaac asked.

She opened her mouth but nothing came out. Lydia was still at a loss of words for what Alex has been doing. Her cell phone rang and she dug it out of her coat pocket then her face dropped at the caller ID, "It's Alex." She pressed 'answer' and held the phone to her ear, "Alex?"

"I do have to say, sis. You're more powerful than I thought you were."

"What is wrong with you? How could you do this? I'm your sister."

"There's a lot more to this story that I would rather not explain over the phone. There's a battle coming. A war. And you better be ready because I will show no mercy and neither will my team." Alex hung up the phone and Lydia threw her phone against the floor.

"What happened?" Allison questioned.

"Alex said there's a battle coming and that I better be ready." She explained to her friends.

"Do you guys really think that-"

Stiles words were cut off with a loud sound of something exploding. The science lab exploded and everyone was thrown back into the woods from it. Lydia's head hit a tree and she screamed. She had cuts and bruises then heard the others scream in pain too. She saw the lab go up into flames and that was the last thing she saw.

So this may or may not be the last update for awhile. I'm taking a trip to England and Scotland and am leaving tomorrow night and coming back August First. I may or may not upload tomorrow. It depends on how much time I have to write and all that.

I know that a lot of you were thrown off by the fact that Alex is the one who's actually been doing everything! I tried to make him seem really nice and trustable so that it would be this huge surprise when Alex was revealed as the bad guy and that Doctor Stilinski was working with him. We'll get the backstory about that soon.
