(Read the A/N's at the end of this please!)

Exactly two weeks passed since the betrayal of Alex and Doctor Stilinski.

The secret lab was in ruins, and Lydia was angry and confused. Her brother killed her father and was behind the other killings. Her brother. Stiles felt betrayed too, his only living family member turned against him. Stiles and Lydia were experiencing the same betrayal but handling it in different ways.

Stiles spent most of the time denying it was real. He always did something to help keep him distracted so he devoted his time and energy to rebuilding a new and improved headquarter for the team where no one else could find it.

For a few days, Lydia didn't want to leave her bed. She wanted to forget the world, but Allison managed to drag Lydia out of bed. Now all Lydia wanted was answers and felt like she needed vengeance.

There was also no sign of Kira. She was captured by the villains and no one knew where she was. The team of so-called 'superheroes' didn't feel like heroes. They felt like letdowns. They felt like there was nothing left that they could do.

The group of five were building an underground headquarter. A random building in the middle for the forest would be suspicious, so underground was the best way to go. For them, it was sort of easy. Stiles had enhanced intelligence and everyone was strong and fast so building wasn't a difficult task. It was just taking a long time.

Lydia was standing with her arms crossed and looking at her costume in the glass container on display next to everyone else's. She wondered if being a team was even worth it anymore. Was there anything left for them to do? That was a thought constantly circling through her mind. The villains practically won.

The costumes looked almost as damaged as the old lab. The color was faded and even had burns left on it. Stiles and Kira created their costume to be fire proof, or anything that had to do with destruction proof, but the level of the explosion harmed the costumes. Stiles was also working tirelessly to recreate new ones that could withstand tougher conditions.

Lydia then turned around and looked at Stiles. He was sitting at a computer desk analyzing a blue print that looked like the plan for Scott's suit then next to that blue print was another one but for the new headquarter. The two didn't talk much since the kiss. It put an awkward toll on their friendship and was something that neither of them were ready to discuss. But, Lydia was lying if she  said that she didn't like the kiss.

Her phone rang and she sighed, digging it out of the pocket of her jacket. The caller ID was all too familiar and made her feel sick. "What do you want, Alex?" She answered and everyone turned around to look at her.

"Get ready, Lyd. The fight is tonight and I would hate to see you and your team suffer. You guys have so much to deal with, don't you? Between the explosion, the-"

Lydia hung up the phone, leaving the conversation and turned to face everyone. "It's tonight."

"The fight? You're kidding, right?" Isaac asked, "We aren't ready for that. I mean, look at us. Our costumes are ruined and we're not even halfway through finished with our lab. This is the worst possible timing."

"You're not helping." Stiles said, narrowing his eyes at Isaac.

"Well we can't back out. If we don't fight, then Alex is probably going to unleash hell in Beacon City then destroy the rest of the world. He needs to be stopped and we're the only ones who can do that." Allison replied. "Do we even know where it's going to be held?"

That was something Lydia felt like she knew. Alex gave her the least helpful information but somehow Lydia knew where it would be. She knew she was right about where it was being held, "When Alex and I were little, my parents took us to a pier every weekend- or at least once every few weeks. Alex and I loved it. It overlooked the ocean and had small stores. We have a lot of good memories from there and Alex would hold it at the pier because he knows that it meant a lot to the family. So, of course, that would be the first thing he would want to destroy."

"The Beacon City pier? That's a huge tourist attraction. Especially since it's Saturday so there's tons of people. We'll never be able to get people out of there." Scott then said.

"Exactly the reason why Alex choose the place. He wants this to be like a roman carnival. If that's what he wants, then he'll get that." Lydia shrugged, "We need to get ready. We need to fix our costumes and get ready."

"How are we suppose to fight him and the team of villains while trying to save lives?" Isaac questioned.

"We've beat them before and we can do it again." Lydia simply stated, "I know Alex better than anyone. If we don't give him what he wants, then he will throw a fit and you can be sure that it will be ten times worse than what has already happened."

"Then it's settled. We're doing this." Allison shrugged and easily agreed with her best friend, "Stiles, can you get manage to fix our costumes?"

"You're lucky that I just finished the last design. I'll try to rebuild them, but it may take a few hours." He then rushed to his desk to collect the blueprints so he could get started in work.

"Are we gonna let Stiles do all the work? We have some training to do." Isaac remarked, "We have some villains to defeat."

------------

It's happening and I'm so excited. The next few chapters are going to be awesome. But I'm sorry if this chapter was a bit boring!

So Heroes and Villains has 2k reads??? That's insane. I leave for a week and a half and come home to that. Thank you guys so much!!

My friend Courtney, aka runnerwolfies, spammed my story with comments and left comments saying what Lydia's, Scott's, Isaac's, and Allison's costumes look like and I really like the ideas she came up with. I'm just going to tell you guys what she wrote. So thank you Court for comping up with amazing costume ideas!!

LYDIA'S:

It's a dark green skater skirt that's long sleeved. She wears knee high boots that are grass green and there's a golden 'W' printed onto the dress like Superman's or Superwoman's. The top half of the dress is made of the same material as The Flash's costumes and the bottom is normal fabric.

ISAAC'S:

His costume is a dark blue like Captain America's. It's like Cap's costumes, except with no stars and stripes. Instead of the star, there's a clock image that has to do with time. His boots are silver instead of red.

SCOTT'S:

His costume is like The Flash's, but the red is replaced with brown and blue to replace the yellow. Instead of the lightning bolt, there's the circle tattoo he has.

ALLIOSN'S:

Her costume is like Black Widow's but it's a silver color. It has a belt, but the belt is red and has an arrow in the center.

So thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoyed this chapter!
