I sat down in my grandparents backyard I watched Gabby and Priscilla play barbies together. There's no way we can split them up. I know if it was me and Xavier in the same situation... I would want to be with my brother.

"What are you guys going to do?" My grandma asked.

"We don't know, I'm in school and so is Xavier, plus I have a daughter of my own." I said.

"You guys have to take them in." Said my grandpa. "They're family."

Gabby came up to Xavier and me to show her new barbie.

"She's so pretty." Xavier said.

"Xavier will you play with us?" Gabby asked.

"I thought you never asked!" Xavier got up and went to go play with them. Xavier was always better at being social than me.

"What does Lucas say about this?" My grandpa asked.

"He says to bring them." I said quietly. "He said we can figure everything out."

"Which is true, you can." Said my grandma. "You did it with Aaliyah, you can do it again."

I sighed. I knew where they were coming from, but it's just the fact we would need a bigger house, also me and Lucas don't have the money for that right now. He makes good money but not enough for us to buy a house.

The next day we woke up early because Gabby came to mine and Xavier room.

"Gabby? What's wrong?" I asked her.

Priscilla walked to my room very tired.

"We have to go say goodbye to daddy." She said.

Xavier stood over the doorway. I looked at him. He looked at me.

"We're going to the zoo today don't you wanna go?" I ask her.

Gabby shook her head. "No! We have to go say goodbye to daddy because he's our daddy!"

I smiled at Gabby. I looked at Priscilla. "Do you wanna go to?" She nodded.

"Okay, well let's get ready." I said groggy. Still half asleep but also awake enough to not wanna go.

I watch them burry my dad. I stood there quietly and watch as my dad went underground.

I felt someone hug my leg and saw it was Priscilla. I bent down & looked at her.

"Are you okay?" I asked worried for my sister.

She nodded.

I hugged her & she laid her head in my shoulder.

After the funeral we took the girls out for ice cream. It took us a few days before Xavier said he would sign the papers. Once he did and everything was okay we flew back to Maryland.

Lucas picked us up from the airport.

"Girls this is Lucas, my boyfriend." I said. They smiled and gave him shy hi's.

Lucas smiled at them and gave them lollipops. After that they loved him, Lucas took us to his parents house because our family thought it would be nice to throw the girls a party.

We went outside to the backyard where once everyone saw us yelled. Priscilla & Gabby stayed by mine and Xavier side.

"Where's Aaliyah!!" Christian came by me with Aaliyah in his arms.

"Aaliyah!!!" I said. "My baby girl two months old!"

I held Aaliyah and lowered her down to show Gabby and Priscilla their niece, They both adored her. They didn't really talk to anyone until after they were done eating. They played with Christian, Zach and Xavier.

"Kim,we're going camping this weekend." Lucas said.

I sighed. "Lucas I just wanna stay home, I just got back from Chicago. Plus I haven't seen Aaliyah..."

"Aaliyah coming with us, and we need a family vacation." Lucas said. Everyone around us begged me to go. Which is a bit weird if you ask me.

"Babe come on, we need to get away for the weekend."

I sighed but agreed.

As for this new story w their daughter, its gonna come out soon. I'm just gonna wait a few months before I publish it bc I want to get a head start on a few chapters & I can't really do that when I'm currently writing another story w the twins .
