Epilogue

I watched Christian sit on the floor with Aaliyah, Aaliyah always mood always seemed to changed with her godfather around. She was laughing at Christian for saying two plus two is fish.

"It's four." She said out of breath.

I smiled to myself, Aaliyah is a smart five year old. She comes home ready to do her homework, as for her younger brother Alex is more about his toys being destroyed. He's three, I found out I was pregnant with him just a few months after my wedding with Lucas. Now, three years later I found out I'm pregnant again. I just found out I'm having another one just last week. It's a bit odd having three kids at twenty four, but hey that's life for you. I just couldn't be more happier it's with Lucas.

It was Sunday night, me & my family of course are with my in laws for Sunday dinner, although my family is here as well to celebrate Alex's third birthday.

Liam, the oldest of all of us, is now in his early thirties, he still works at the high school, he recently is married & is expecting one on the way. We don't know the sex of the baby yet, but we all have our money placed on a boy.

As for my sister Leah, it's still her, Jason & Brandon. They have talked about having another child before Brandon gets too old, but they really aren't sure. They recently just adopted a cat since Brandon has been asking for one.

My brother Xavier, is in his late twenties, just as Leah. Is still free from kids, he does have a serious relationship with a girl who he's been seeing for over a year already. They do live together, but I haven't heard my brother talk about marriage or kids at all.

As for Zach, he's in college, so for him, the only thing that matters is the parties, the girls & school. As of right now, he doesn't have a major, which I fully understand I mean if you think about it we aren't given a enough time of the world to figure out who we would like to be & what we would like to do with our lives.
My younger sisters Gabby, Priscilla & Luz are all in high school. All three of them do attend the same high school.

As for me & Lucas, we are expecting our third child. We both still work at the dance studio & teach kids to dance, we usually take Aaliyah & Alex with us & they both can dance very good. I'm such a proud mother. 

Me & Lucas plan to stay dancers, & we hope our kids stay in dance as well. We always day dream about our family having dance to stick too.

"Kim, how does it feel to be a mother of a three year old?" Asked Christian.

I sighed of relief. "I'm so happy to be out of the terrible twos, but I'm dreading his time to be in the terrible twos." I rubbed my stomach. I wasn't big, I wasn't showing but I just knew I was gonna have another boy.

"Oh, so he's a boy?" Christian smiled at me.

"Kim likes to say he's a boy." Lucas said while grabbing the bowl of chips that laid on the table.

"He is gonna be a boy! I just know he is!" I said knowingly. "A mother knows her child!"

"The child is still a little toad like thing." Lucas snapped at me. "How can you be so sure?"

"I felt this way when I was pregnant with Alex, so I know that he's gonna be a he. Face it babe, we're having another boy." I said to Lucas as he rolled his eyes. Lucas loves Aaliyah & the bond that he has with her makes him want to have another girl, but I know for a fact we are having a boy.

Everyone right then, came to join us outside watching the kids play, recalling all the memories we had of each other. All the funny times. Finally it began getting dark, Dari got the bon fire ready while me & Lucas setted up the cake.

We all sang happy birthday to my son, he opened his presents & was showing me & his dad how cool the gifts were. Then he would run to his uncle Marcus & show him all the new toys they got to play with.

Me & Lucas have been through things, but that didn't stop us from growing a family.

I am officially done with Lucas & Kim 😭😭

I'm so sad.

But remember that big surprise I was mentioning through the last chapters of failed.

I am done writing about Kim & Lucas, but that doesn't mean I'm done writing about their family. Yes that's right, I do plan on writing another book but this time its only gonna focus on Aaliyah & her struggles as a teenager, but of course, all characters will be back!

Just let me know if you guys think I should or shouldn't.
