Chapter Twelve

Ben POV
"Hi Ben it's been a while" he spoke softly.
"Yeah it has" I responded.
"Well...you look good and well I'm guessing your back to eating again" he said.

"What are you doing here Danny?" I whispered.
"I- to be honest myself I don't know I just...I just miss you and last night I couldn't stop thinking about you" he said as he softly cupped my cheek.
It's like he was trying to hypnotise me into loving him again by being loving and affectionate but...I didn't feel it. I didn't feel the love that I used to towards Danny...I felt nothing.

I shook my head gently pulling his hand away. "No Danny...don't do this" I whispered. He bit his lip before looking back up at me "you had your chance when you were in the band and you didn't feel comfortable being in a relationship with me...and that's fine but just don't...don't put me through that again" I continued as I spoke softly and calmly.

Danny opened his mouth as if he was about to say something but kept silent.
"I'm in a relationship" I finally said breaking the silence.
"Who?...if you don't mind me asking"
"Denis" I replied.

Danny nodded his head as he was trying to take it in "are you happy?" He asked.
I nodded my head in response "yeah...to be honest it's the happiest I've been in a long time..I think I love him".

"Make sure he treats you right and don't do the stupidest thing by leaving you..like I did" he responded.
"I'll see you around Ben" he said leaning over kissing me on the cheek before walking away.

I turned around to see Denis standing there "h-how much did you hear?" I asked.
"All of it" he responded. To my surprise he wrapped his arms around me "at first I was going to walk off crying because I though you were going to leave me for Danny before the relationship had begun...until you said about me do you really want to be with me instead of Danny?" He asked looking up at me.

"Of course I do I love you Denis" I said before leaning down to kiss him.
"Danny's in the past you're my present and future" I said cupping his cheeks with both of my hands.
"Look it's our day off why don't we just chill on the bus for the day?" I asked him.
"Sounds good" he responded before following me back onto the bus.

"What do you wanna do?" Asked Denis as we got on the bus.
"You" I responded.
I watched as his face dropped and a blush rise to his cheeks.
"Chill out I'm joking Denis we've only just got together!" I laughed and Denis laughed nervously in response.

"no I was actually thinking we should build a fort"
"What's a fort?" Asked Denis.
"You've never built a fort? fuck Denis your childhood must have sucked!" I said as I walked into the bunk area grabbing everyone's blankets.

"Grab as many blankets and pillows as you can" I said and I looked as Denis followed my order grabbing things from the bunks.

We threw the stuff on the floor and we began hooking blankets on the ceiling and couch. Well but us I mean me. Denis was being a lazy arse lying on the couch not even helping. Which gave me an idea.

I grabbed one of the blankets throwing it over Denis wrapping it around him. He struggled while giggling as I lay on top with the blanket wrapped around him like a burrito. I leaned down kissing him. And that's when I had a devilish idea in my head.

Still lying on top of him I pulled the blanket a little exposing some of his neck. Leaning down I pressed my lips against his neck causing a sharp inhale from him. Deciding to go to the next level I began to suck and bite on a soft spot on his neck. I smirked against his skin as he let out a soft moan. To be honest it was the hottest noise I've ever heard. Once I stopped I looked to see a little red mark on his neck.

"Now try and cover that fucker up!" I laughed getting off him. Denis got up to look in the mirror looking at the Hickey before placing his hand over it "you asshole" he spoke.

We continued back with the fort until it was done. Denis seemed really eager to climb in "wow this is fucking awesome!" He spoke.

"I know right" I responded imitating his accent. "Asshole" he giggled pushing me a little.

We spent the rest of the day playing on the Xbox in the fort. That's when we heard Sam, Cam and James come back into the bus.

"What the fuck have you done in here!?" Spoke James.
"Care to join us lads?" I responded.
"Ok might as well" responded Cam climbing into the fort first along with Sam and James.

We all played on the Xbox and pissed about for the rest of the night. It was great it was like a family, we never had anything like this when Danny was in the band it was always about drinking and sex. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the drinking and sex but this was a nice change.

"So James told us about you two" said Sam pointing at me and Denis. "Yeah me and Denis are together" I responded.
"We just want to let you know that we support both of you" said Cam. I smiled before kissing Denis on the cheek.

"Thanks guys" said Denis.
"Wait a minute is that a hickey on your neck?" Asked James poking at the hickey on Denis' neck.

Denis' eyes widened he must have forgotten about it. Quickly he placed his hand over his neck turning to look at me but I was just laughing I liked the idea of embarrassing him.

"Oh come on you love me really" I said as I wrapped my arms around him kissing his shoulder. Turning around Denis leaned up and kissed me.

"Bet you wanna get in on the gayness James!" I joked
"Oh fuck off Ben"
