As Abhay emerged from the hospital, the team of guards instinctively fell into step behind him, their eyes scanning the surroundings with a mixture of vigilance and caution. But Abhay, his face set in a determined expression, raised a hand, signaling for them to halt. The guards, well-trained to respond to his every command, obediently stopped in their tracks, allowing Abhay to walk alone, unencumbered by their presence.Abhay's eyes, however, told a different story. Despite his brave exterior, he was struggling to come to terms with the sudden deterioration of his health. The events of the past few hours had taken a toll on him, and he could feel his body weakening, his chest constricting with every breath. He knew he couldn't afford to show any signs of vulnerability, not now, when his priority was to ensure the safety of his loved ones...
As he walked, his mind racing with thoughts of the mysterious fire in the outhouse, Abhay's anxiety grew. He needed to find out and alert D'Souza to warn him about the potential danger lurking in the shadows. But for now, he had to keep up the charade, to pretend that everything was fine, when in reality, his world was spinning out of control.
Just as Abhay thought he was going to collapse, a hand grasped his, pulling him back from the brink. He looked up to see Rishi's concerned face staring back at him. Rishi's eyes, filled with a deep understanding, seemed to bore into Abhay's very soul, as if he could see the turmoil brewing beneath the surface.
Without a word, Rishi dragged Abhay to a nearby bench, forcing him to sit down. He gestured to one of the guards, who hastily returned with a first-aid kit. Rishi's hands moved with a gentle urgency, as he began to tend to Abhay's wounds. "Tu yaha kya kr rha hai?" (What are you doing here?) Abhayasked, his voice low and tired. "Tujhe Abhi ke saath hona chahiye na?" (You should be with Abhi, right?)He added further....Abhay's eyes met Rishi's, and for a moment, they just stared at each other, the air thick with unspoken emotions. "Kuch nahi hai yaar," (Nothing's wrong, buddy) Abhay muttered, trying to take his hand, but Rishi's gaze lingered, filled with a deep understanding that Abhay couldn't shake off...
As Rishi carefully cleaned the wounds on Abhay's hand, he couldn't help but tease him, trying to lighten the mood. "Teri personal dushmani hai kya apne haath ke saath?" (Do you have a personal vendetta against your own hands?) he asked, his voice laced with a mixture of amusement and concern. "Jab dekho tb apna gussa bichare iss haath per nikaalta rehta hai." (Whenever I see you, you're always taking out your anger on this poor hand.) Rishi's eyes sparkled with mirth as he continued, "Kitna khoon beh rha hai...aur tujhe bilkul bhi ehsaas nahi hai." (You're bleeding so much...and you don't even feel it.) He chuckled, trying to inject some humor into the situation. "Bada hitler insaan hai tu." (You're a big Hitler, man.)
But despite his lighthearted tone, Rishi's eyes betrayed a deeper concern. He knew that Abhay's injuries were more than just physical; they were a manifestation of the emotional turmoil that had been brewing inside him. Rishi's gaze lingered on Abhay's face, searching for any sign of pain or distress, but Abhay's expression remained stoic, his eyes fixed on some point in the distance.
As Rishi carefully extracted the glass shard from Abhay's skin, His own face contorted in a fleeting moment of pain, but he Abhay didn't even make a sound...as if he didn't feel it....Rishi's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with thoughts of Ranvijay and his sinister plans. He knew that he couldn't wait any longer, that it was time to take action. "Yuvraj, you have crossed your limit," Rishi thought to himself. "Now this is not the time to wait and watch....it's time for revelation." A determined glint sparked in Rishi's eyes as he made a silent vow to himself: he would uncover the truth, no matter what it took....
