After her run of shows in Kansas City Taylor and Travis spent an extra couple of days at Donna's house. Donna had planned to have the family over for game night and her and Tay had finally planned their baking day. The plan was for Taylor and Donna to bake leading up to the planned game night. Taylor couldn't wait knowing how competitive she was and how much she loved games... and baking!

On that day they slept in pretty late. Taylor stirred to glance at her phone to see that it was already almost 9:30. She also woke to the smell of maple syrup and cinnamon. She mentally fought in her brain with the idea of staying in bed cuddled up to Trav or following the sweet smell radiating from down the stairs. Her stomach growled causing her to reach her decision. She slowly attempted to leave the bed and not disturb Travis. Travis, feeling her movement, tightened his grip around her waist and sleepily pulled her back into his chest. She giggled. "Travis, I smell something amazing downstairs and I'm hungry." She said while giggling. Travis, with his eyes still closed, planted kisses on the back of her head. Taylor relaxed back into his chest for approximately three seconds before her stomach growled loudly again. She tried to get up for the second time and once again Travis held her there. She could feel his nosey breath laughter on her neck as he giggled at her predicament. Taylor turned in Travis' arms and brushed his hair off of his forehead. He fluttered his eyes opened and Taylor kissed the tip of his nose. He faintly smiled before letting his eyes drift closed again.

After finding her way to the bathroom, once escaping Travis' grip, she brushed her teeth and pulled her hair into a messy bun. She threw on an athletic outfit and made her way downstairs. Donna smiled as she saw Taylor emerge from the down the steps. "I thought my homemade French toast may stir up enough aroma to waken you kids!" She said excitedly. "It did! My stomach growled so loudly it woke Travis but only for a brief moment" Taylor said. Donna placed her breakfast in front of Tay and joined her with her coffee and a notebook and pencil. "Okay my dear.." Donna started, "what do we want to accomplish in the kitchen today?" She asked with a smile, genuinely so excited to have someone wanting to bake with her. "I need that chocolate chip cookie recipe." Taylor began with. "Oh!" She continued, "and your bread recipe..." she went to take another bite of French toast and gasped again "and your pumpkin pie, Travis raves about that one." Donna wrote all of Tay's ideas down. "Well I need pop tarts and those lemon bars." Donna added to the list. "Those were absolutely incredible." Taylor turned her head as she felt the reoccurring feeling of heated blush creeping into her face. Donna giggled and said: "hey what happened to your cheek?" She asked genuinely concerned. Taylor turned her head towards her confused. Donna took a napkin and wiped Taylor's cheek and proceeded to look at the napkin confused. "Oh, my bad, it's your blush that won't come off." Donna said with a wink. It took Taylor a second to realize what Donna was pulling but as soon as she did her mouth gaped open and the blush spread to her ears. Taylor snatched the napkin out of Donna's hands and used it to smush against her burning face while groaning. Donna giggled and tickled her side eliciting a squeal from Taylor and sending her arms flying down away from her face. "Leave me alooooonnnnneeee." Taylor whined jokingly. Donna kissed the top of her head and said "I'm so happy you guys wanted to spend some time here and you actually want to bake with me. The teasing you just make so easy." Donna said with a chuckle. Taylor's heart swelled with love as she cleaned her plate and prepared for baking day.

Donna and Taylor were baking the day away. Learning and laughing from one another. Playing music and dancing. Travis eventually made his way downstairs and smiled a huge smile seeing the two women he loved most baking, laughing, singing, and dancing around the kitchen like true mother and daughter. Travis knew every aspect about Taylor. But watching her freely dance around the kitchen the way she was made him feel giddy. He has seen Taylor bake, but the more comfortable she got around him and his family the more he was learning about her- like how she dances while baking. This made him feel like he needed the rest of their lives to learn every small detail about her. It was time to start thinking about a proposal, he thought.

Taylor glanced up and saw Travis leaning against the door frame smiling his massive grin and she immediately stopped dancing and turned red out of slight embarrassment. Travis took the opportunity to clap loudly. "Bravo!! Again!!" He teased. Taylor embraced her embarrassment and bowed a silly bow while giggling. "Thank you, thank you very much. I learned all of my AWFUL dance moves from my boyfriend Travis. He gets all the credit!" She said jokingly. Travis smirked and started taking steps towards her. Taylor rounded the corner of the kitchen island and grabbed some flour and pitched it at his face. "BE GONE!" She said through giggles. He chuckled as he grabbed a towel and wiped his face. He leaned over and whispered to her "you'll pay for that later." All three laughed at the silly mood and commentary.

When Taylor and Donna completed their baking, Taylor went upstairs to shower and get ready for the rest of the Kelce family to come over for game night. She was about to start undressing when Travis knocked and entered. "Hey doll." He said with a smirk, seeming to be hiding something behind his back. "Travis I don't like that look. At all. What are you up to?" She said and placed her hands on her hips and tried to look stern. Travis gave his sinister smile and glided towards her in a painfully slow demeanor. Taylor continued to back up until she hit a wall. "Travis...... what's behind your back?" She asked with a nervous chuckle. He boxed her in against the wall and held one hand up against the wall by her head, leaving the other hand behind his back holding the mystery item. "Ummm.. Travis? What's happening my shower is running??" She added, nervously. When Travis finally spoke he spoke in a low, evil growl. "Do you remember this morning when you decorated me with flour?" He asked with an eyebrow raised. Taylor felt her stomach drop, of course he wouldn't forget. "I'm adding to your dessert ingredients." Travis smirked. He then proceeded to pull out a can of whipped cream and started shaking its contents. Taylor's eyes bugged from her head as she started trying to duck under his arms to escape. "Oh no no no pretty girl. Don't dish out what you can't take." And with that he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. Taylor squealed and hit his back. "TRAVIS! Do NOT do this!" She said with a slight panicked and playful giggle. He threw the whipped cream on the bed so he could better hold Taylor with two hands. He then took the opportunity to pinch the backs of her ticklish thighs as she squealed and hit him harder through laughter. He stopped and tossed her on the bed. "If you can say to me: Travis I am so sorry for throwing flour on you and you're the best boyfriend in the whole world.... I'll consider not using my whipped cream on your head." "I'd rather you use it for something else." She clapped back with a sexual smirk and wink. Travis gasped. "You little missy are asking for it." With that, Travis pushed his hand under her shirt and lightly scratched at her bare sides. Taylor threw her head back into giggles. "OKAY!! I'll say it, I'll say it!!" She screamed in ticklish agony. Travis didn't relent. "Okay, go for it." He said with a smirk. Taylor's laughter pitched up an octave when he slid his fingers closer to her ribs. She shook her head no and breathily got out "I can't, I can't!" Travis stopped for a moment so she could breathe but kept his hand in place. When she started repeating the apology Travis began his attack again. Travis giggled with her. Each time she would start the apology, he increased the speed or changed tickle spots. He absolutely adored her scrunched up nose and squinted eyes. She started hitting him in the arms as best she could, trying to fight him off. He grabbed her arms and held them and continued his tickles. She was giggling so much she was snorting. "As soon as you say my apology I'll stop." He said with a smirk. Her laughter turned silent when he scratched her bare armpit. He chuckled and released her. She laid on the bed panting trying to escape him sitting on her waist. Travis picked up the bottle of whipped cream and shook it teasingly again. Taylor widened her eyes and started yelling at him to stop. "I can't baby, you didn't apologize and I don't want you thinking that my words aren't honorable." And with that, Travis sprayed the whipped cream in Taylor's hair. Taylor did all she could to escape but eventually fell into laughter and stopped fighting. Travis helped her sit up and then proceeded to help her take a shower.

The next chapter will continue into family game night. I've gotten a lot of requests I still plan on incorporating!!
