As Shreyansh's eyes widened with joy, he suddenly felt his legs give way beneath him, and he fell to the floor with a loud thud. The doctor and Araya were shocked, their faces frozen in a mixture of concern and surprise. "Shrey!" Araya exclaimed, her voice trembling with worry as she rushed to her husband's side. She placed a gentle hand on her belly, as if to reassure their unborn twins that everything was okay. Araya was also overwhelmed by the incredible news, and she struggled to process her emotions as she stood up from the examination machine.
"Shrey, open your eyes!" Araya pleaded, her voice laced with worry as she gazed down at her husband's motionless form. The doctor quickly moved closer to them, grabbing a glass of water from the nearby counter. She sprinkled a few drops of water onto Shreyansh's face, trying to rouse him from his shocked state. "Don't worry, Araya, your husband has just been overwhelmed by happiness," the doctor reassured her with a warm smile. "He's fine, just a bit... shell-shocked." As the doctor spoke, Shreyansh slowly began to blink, his eyes fluttering open as he gazed up at Araya and the doctor. A weak smile spread across his face, and he reached out a trembling hand to Araya. "Twins?" he whispered, his voice barely audible. Araya nodded, tears of joy streaming down her face. "Twins," she confirmed, her voice trembling with emotion.
"Oh my god, I just can't believe it! We're going to have twins!" Shreyansh exclaimed, his voice trembling with shock and excitement. He looked like he had been punched in the gut, his eyes wide with wonder and his face pale with astonishment. The doctor chuckled at his reaction, clearly amused by Shreyansh's over-the-top response.
As Shreyansh hugged Araya again, tears of joy streaming down his face, he whispered, "Thank you, thank you so much for giving us this incredible happiness!" He began to kiss Araya's face, her cheeks, her forehead, completely forgetting that they were in a doctor's cabin. Araya laughed and pushed him away, her eyes shining with mirth. "Shreyansh, stop! We're in a doctor's office!" she exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper.
The doctor coughed, a fake cough, trying to hide her own amusement at the scene unfolding before her. Shreyansh's face fell in embarrassment as he realized his mistake. He blushed a deep red, his eyes dropping to the floor in mortification. "I'm sorry," he muttered, his voice barely audible.
"I just got lost in happiness."
"Okay, now let me tell you both some more careful tips that Araya needs to follow," the doctor said as Araya and Shreyansh nodded in agreement and they all sat down in chairs.

Shreyansh and Araya listened intently to the doctor's advice and tried to commit it to memory. They knew that pregnancy was a critical time and they needed to take care of their health and the health of their babies.
"I'll make sure to take care of myself and the babies," Araya said, looking determined.
"I'll be there to support you every step of the way," Shreyansh added, putting his arm around Araya.
The doctor smiled, looking pleased with the couple's attitude. "I'm confident that you both will do great," she said. "Just remember to follow my advice and come back for regular check-ups."

As they left the hospital, Araya and Shreyansh couldn't contain their excitement as they settled into their car for the ride home. They were both beaming with joy, and their faces were radiant with happiness.
Shreyansh was completely overwhelmed with emotion, and he couldn't stop repeating himself. "I feel like I'm on cloud nine, oh my god! We're having twins, oh my god! This is amazing, incredible, unbelievable!" He let out a loud whoop of excitement, pounding his fists on the steering wheel in joy.
