"Is this your first time going to a ball?" I asked.
"Nooo, it's my one millionth time, l'm so famous." Emily said sarcastically.
"Then why are you shaking." I joked.
Emily sighed and turned her face to the window.
"Are you nervous?" I asked after a while of silence.
"Yes, I'm nervous" she turned back to me. "Why wouldn't I, I'm going to see so many important people. I'm nervous cuz I'm worried I won't fit in." She looked at her fingers blankly.
" Hey " I grabbed her hand and squeezed it gently.
"Everything's gonna be okay and you will fit in, trust me." She nodded.
Soon we reached the place where the event was being held.
We got out of the car as Emily stared at the building while I was giving Rob some instructions.
"You ready?" I asked bringing out my elbow once more.
She took a deep breath before connecting her arm with my elbow.
"Let's go" and with that we entered the building.
As we entered the ball room we were greeted with numerous turning heads.
I gave a small yet charming smile as I looked at Emily.
She looked so beautiful tonight. She normally so beautiful with her bare face. But tonight's makeup really complimented her gorgeous face features and the dress hugged her body so well that it showed her beautiful, curvy physique.
I have to hand it to Stacy, she does have good fashion sense.
"Mr. Johnson." Approaching towards us were Mr. Park and Mr. Salmon. Two brothers who owned the M's P &S.
"Mr Park, Mr. Salmon, good evening" I slightly bowed as Emily did the same.
"Who is this?" Mr. Salmon asked staring at Emily with a smile before turning to me.
"This is my friend, Emily, Emily these are Mr. Park and Mr. Salmon. They are business owners of M's P &S as well as family friends and partners to my dad's company." I said.
"The pleasure is mine." She did a slight curtsey.
"She's very beautiful and mannered well we won't want to disturb you too, enjoy your night." Mr. Park said before leaving.
Immediately they left, Emily turned to me.
"They have a strong accent" she said.
"They're British" I told her.
She nodded as we began walking.
"Still nervous?" I asked her.
"Yeah, how did I do ?" She asked me.
"Great, you didn't talk much and you also showed good morals as well."
"That's..a very detailed answer" she giggled.
I nodded with a smile enjoying the sound of her laughter.
We walked and talked to more and more people later Emily excused herself and left. After a while, I also excused myself and went to the bathroom. While closing the door, I heard a familiar voice.
"Jake, baby is that you?" I turned to see Elena wearing a very revealing outfit in form a gown. Her hair was tied in a sleek bun.
"Elena?" I called as she cat-walked her way to me.
"What are you doing here?" I asked her feeling annoyed.
"My family was also invited so we came here together and I just happened to I met you here as I was looking for a waiter.
In the men's bathroom?  What if  people were making out here?!
" But hey! here you are, it's almost like we were destined to be together." She shoved her body on mine making her boobs to hit my chest.
"Elena-" I was interrupted by a pair of skin on my lips. I pushed her away feeling pissed.
"What the hell?!" I yelled.
"What, you don't like it?" She smirked and shamelessly licked her lips.
"Are you for real?!" I rubbed my hands on my forehead.
"Elena for the last time, I don't like you so stop being a shameless slut and get that in your head!" I stormed out of there pissed off.
I need to look for Emily.
I walked around looking for my date.
Yes, cuz she is my date for the night.
I finally found her at the balcony looking at the view ahead.
I smiled making me way towards her.
"Hey" she jumped a little before turning to me and gave me a smile.
" Looks like you're enjoying yourself" I leaned on the railing.
"I guess but right now I'm actually kind of tired." She said.
"My heels are killing me, I think my feet are swollen." She giggled as I chuckled as well.
"You wanna leave?" I asked already knowing the answer.
She nodded as I took her hand and we left the party, entered the car and headed home.

Done Done DONE!!😄😄😄.
I can finally go to bed. It's not my bed time yet but you know what I mean. Have a lovely day or night or even afternoon what ever time it is have a good one.
