chapter seventeen.
forgiveness was an easy thing for sadie. she was able to forgive, just not forget. she hated holding grudges for something that might not matter years later.
forgiveness was easy for her when she was waking up next to a blonde who she had so much love for. her body craved the girl next to her, in all ways your thinking. but her heart craved her the most. maybe that's why she was so easy to forgive. or maybe it's because she knew what a mistake felt like and how bad it can hurt the right person.
sadie was pulled out of her trance once she felt the coldness of the blondes hand landing on her thigh, sending shivers in the girls body.
"you okay?" paige asked the girl as she sat up against the headboard. her hand never left the girls thigh. it's like paige felt as if she let go of the girl, she would slip away but this time she wouldn't come back.
"yeah im okay, just thinking." sadie said giving a slight smile. paige tilted her head slightly to the side as her eyes ran over the girls face.
"about?" sadie let out a quiet sigh before turning over to look at the blonde. paige grabbed the girls cold hands, making the girl shiver yet again.
"us. i just dont want to regret forgiving you. people have made me look stupid for taking them back, i just dont want you to be one of those people paige." sadie breathed out looking over at the girl. paige pulled her lips into a thin line.
"sadie. i promise you with everything in me, i will not make you regret it. i hate what i done and it can't be fixed but we can. i love you." paige replied with a slight smile. sadie gave the girl a smile before leaning on her shoulder.
paige played with the girls hair as they watched criminal minds. sadie was focused on the tv and missed the way the blonde was staring down at her.
"god jj is so fine, id do it." sadie said with a slight laugh laced in her voice. the blonde looked down at the girl with a confused look on her face.
"are you being serious right now?" paige asked the girl making her let out a louder laugh. sadie raised up to look at the girl. the looks between the girls were missed. the loving look in their eyes only seemed to grow the longer they stared at each other.
"you know, im gonna have to ask you out all over again." paige stated as she placed her hand on the girls knee.
"you don't have to." sadie replied back with a slight smile. paige knew the girl better than that. sadie may have said she didn't need to but it would mean more to her.
"no im going to. you deserve it." paige stated giving the girl a smile. sadie nodded her head before turning her head to focus on criminal minds.
"god she's so hot bro."
"kk you cant say that." sadie said as she lightly slapped the girl on the arm. all the girls we're currently hanging out in sadies apartment. kk was on her usual live while the girls were placed at random places throughout the apartment.
"it wasn't even that bad?" kk said as she tried to defend herself. sadie rolled her eyes as she leaned back onto the counter. her eyes found the blonde who was conversating with ines.
"so how'd you manage to win back sadie?" ines asked as she sat back onto the couch looking back at the tanned girl who had been bickering with kk. paige looked back at the two and rolled her eyes at the two immature girls arguing.
"haven't won her back yet. im just lucky enough she was able to find it in her heart to forgive me. i cant undo what i did, never will be able to." paige stated as she leaned her head back onto the couch.
"she forgave you because she loves you. she never stopped. she told nika she couldn't have anything with kate because her mind and heart always came back to you. it's a no brainer that she took you back. you two have something special, something i hope to have someday." ines spoke placed her hand on the blondes arms giving it a little squeeze.
"hey." the two girls conversation was cut short due to sadie coming over and flopping down on the couch. the blonde sent ines a small smile before ines got up and walked over to kk.
"what were you and kk arguing about?" paige asked the girl as she placed her arm across the girls lap. sadie softly smiled thinking back to the conversation her and kk shared earlier on her live.
"she read a comment and said the most outrageous thing back to it." sadie softly chuckled. the blonde let her thumb rub up and down the girls exposed leg. sadie used her free hand to let it rest on the blondes face.
"i love you." sadie said as she leaned in a little closer to the blonde. smiles spread across their faces, so bright it could light up the dark cold night.
"i love you. so much more." paige said as she leaned in, closing the gap between the two. sadie smiled into the kiss and the blonde took it as an invitation to let her tongue explore inside the girls mouth.
their moment was soon interrupted by the blonde getting hit in the head with a pillow. sadie laughed as she pulled away. paige turned her head and saw a smiling kk behind the two.
" you were literally eating her face so." kk said as she threw her arms up in defense. paige used her hand that wasn't tangled up in the girls hair to flip the girl off.
"that's just rude."
